Noisy
Stayed 7 nights and our room was not vacuumed and bed sheets changed everyday. Could hear the elevator all night even though we were 3 rooms away from the lift. Rooms were not sound proof could hear every thing the neighbours did and also noise from corridor. Room itself was updated which was nice and bed comfortable. Hotel is good for short business stays 1 or 2 nights. Some restaurant staff need to be a bit more guest friendly rather than look annoyed when we turned up

Bad experience in this hotel and will not stay next time
It is awful experience when we stay there. first, the description of the room is wrong in agada put by the hotel. Panorama Suite Room size: 35 sq.m. Bed(s): 1 Double Bed (121 - 140 cm wide) and 1 King Bed (170+ cm wide), however, there is no double bed, only sofa bed. second, we did not use mini bar and I was changed $33.5. After I called the hotel twice, they are not refund to me still. then I called the manager in duty. she said she is in restaurant, can not help me and ask me call the reception to make a complain. I will not suggest anyone to stay this hotel before they change.

BigBang Concert
The shuttle service to the All Phones Arena and back to the Hotel, the breakfast buffet was very good, the location - easy to find, close to Olympic Park Stadium
We had a good stay, nothing to complain about. The bathroom was bigger than I expected. The room was clean and we had a lovely breakfast. The hotel was only a short distance to the All Phones Arena, which is why I decided to go with this particular hotel. It was a bonus that a shuttle service was able to drive us there and back again. The hotel served its purpose very well. I would book again if we were to go to another concert at Olympic Park.

Excellent staff
The staff, the food and the hotel was in walking distance to the person we came to consult.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room clean and the bed comfortable. We picked a a panorama room which had lovely wide windows but I was a little disappointed with the view from the first floor, it would have been nicer to have been higher up. We visited in winter so could do without the air conditioner; I would not recommend the hotel in summer when the air con would need to be on as it is much too loud to sleep when on.
