S.A Royal Suites
There is no Hotel in KL named S.A Royal Suites”
I stayed at Hotel Swiss Garden Residence for a total four and half days with my family (two daughters, wife, mother and mother in law) but not in S.A Royal Suites, Bukit Bintang, KL where I booked and paid by the credit card earlier at Agoda. We enjoyed our time in hotel very much. Because we had to, otherwise it would be wastage of money if we didn't. When we reached KL, I called a guy named Izach, who is working for SA Royal Suites and his ph. no was mentioned on Agoda booking slip as property contact. He told me to come at the hotel to early check-in as I mentioned it during my booking. When we reached at the property's mentioned address which was Berjaya Times Square Residence, and our UBER driver couldn't find SA Royal Suites because there is no such hotel where I booked. The driver and I tried to find in google but failed, no result found. I took a hotel picture from Agoda in my phone which I showed to Berjaya Times Square Residence's security guards and they recognized the fountain in the photo which was their hotel. I start worrying and called again the property guy (Izach), and he told us to wait there for five min but he showed up after about 20 -25 min. Finally we met with SA Royal Suites guy. He told us that they did arrange hotel room in Berjaya Times Square Residence for us but the booked rooms were not available at this time because of the previous guest of those rooms had extended their stay. That time I was really worried as We traveled long including two kids here and now we came to know that our room were not confirmed yet. After a meanwhile Mr. Izach offered me a option to arrange room in a near by hotel named Swiss Garden Residence on Jalan Pudu (near Bukit Bintang). So, I had no other option at this point to deny to go with his option as my family was too much tired and I already paid the hotel rooms bill. We started off to our new hotel and waited their for almost another three hrs. to get our rooms. Now I asked Mr. Izach why they adv

Private suites not the hotel”
These rooms are not part of the hotel, they are private rooms. The internet they try to steal from another room, therefore it doesn't work. There is no free breakfast as advertised, you must pay for it and it is extremely expensive. The directions are terrible, we walked for 2 hours asking everyone only to find out it was the right address, but they won't let you in the hotel because your reservation is with the owner who you must phone to get in. If you need anything, you must phone the owner, not the front desk.
