When i first entering the room it's smell like cigarettes smoke so i call the receptionist but she insisted it was non smoking room. The bath room have urine smell, and guess what? They not clean it properly there still drip of urine on the toilet seat The bed smell bad and have some hair There's bottle cap and clump of hair on the floor

Room was really very clean however they need to do something with t bed sheet and towels - colour is off white. Get the rooms without breakfast cause they served a salty bubur ayam, room temperature fish soup, plain and fried rice were dry, lousy looking fried vegetables,salty and tough spicy chicken, stringy dry fried noodles, horrible coffee n tea(2small tea bags for a big pot) The receptionist-plenty of smile n welcoming, the Chinese looking waitresses has a couldn’t be bother attitude and but the rest of the breakfast crew were nice n friendly. The hotel is about 10 mins from masjid Agong ,Pasar 16 ilir, museum(20,000 for a patatic display) n ampera bridge/waterfront.

Saat masuk loby biasa saja. Namun saat kami masuk ke kamar baru kami bahagia... Kamarnya nyaman. Full karpet, kasurnya besar, ac dingin, kamar mandi oke banget, pokoknya bawa 4 bocah gembira betul. Saat sarapan juga lumayan sekali meski standar di rasa. Bisa minta dibikinkan omelet. Over all oke. Cuma kalau mau makan siang/malam agak susah. Sekitar sana ada gang kuliner malam, waktu ke sana udah jam 8 malam agak deg2an sih karna sepi toko2 sudah tutup semua, agak spooky. Keesokan harinya kami prefer cari makan di luar dulu naik grab baru balik ke hotel. Jangan jalan kaki malem2 baiknya

The room is comfortable with big room, big bathroom and clean enough. This hotel is nice for Family, but little bit smelly in the room. The refrigerator is not really good condition. I don't really like the food for breakfast, not tasty and they dont have much variation for food. And one more, this hotel doesn't have many facilities and entertainment. But thanks anyway,

Staff hotel ramah & helpful (Check in dengan Deri), bisa late check out sampai jam 1 siang. Ruangan hotel bersih (berkarpet), tapi sayang ada akses barisan semut masuk dari tembok luar balcony ke meja tulis dan barisan semut masuk dari tembok di belakang kulkas.

I know that this hotel was named hotel Lembang, it was an old hotel, but then they refurbish it (maybe new management as well), and the present condition is nice, really cozy and lovable. I love it.

Decent choice in a decent location”
A newish hotel close to the riverside with a good breakfast buffet and smiling staff. Plenty of local restaurants in the area, as well as convenience stores within walking distance. Riverside approx 5 minutes walk south. Mosque approx 10 minutes walk away. Cons: spotty wifi, hotel did not pick me up at airport. Rooms for smokers available.

the location is superb, within walking distance to where the good food is. There are churches just across the street. But the room that i used had a broken glass table, and there were ants there. that's the only less satisfying thing. but the hotel itself is clean, neat and tidy. i didnt know about the food though.

i booked 2 rooms, one with breakfast and one without breakfast. The hotel charged me 2 rooms with breakfast. Air condition broke down but the technician came and fix. No hair dryer provided, we got to request and they will send to the room.

I booked 2 rooms, one with breakfast and one without breakfast but the hotel charged me 2times room with breakfast. It is not that much but it shows how inexperience they are. I am still claiming the difference.

Good location to Ampera bridge”
Walking distance to Ampera bridge, but it is bit dark around there and less people is walking around. Room was average level which was enough to stay comfortably.
