We stopped in Ratchaburi for a couple nights on our way back to Bangkok and quickly found out it isn't really a tourist town. Very few people in town even spoke any English including the staff at the hotel but they went above and beyond in helping find ways to communicate with us and made the stay very enjoyable. Nice room and pool. Buffet breakfast was fine with good mix of local and western food available. If you find you are going to spend any time in Ratchaburi I would recommend S. Swiss Hotel.

Newly opened Hotel at discounted price”
We picked this hotel because we noticed that it was largely discounted and that the pictures looked very elegant and grand. We were not disappointed. The bed was large and comfortable. The side chair added a nice touch and was used a lot as we stayed in the room for most of the time to do work. The toilet was a smart toilet, which was fancy. The breakfast was on the top floor (8th floor) and had a decent spread of eggs, toast, rice, salad, fruit, congee, ham, sausage, and some traditional Thai dishes, and of course coffee and tea. The view was good as well! The service was good although check-in took a little longer than expected, probably because they opened just 4 months ago. Great value for the money at the time we booked but I’ll guess prices won’t stay like that for long. Great place to stay in Ratchaburi!

My mom and I stay there for 1 night because we have a plan to do business thing in Ratchaburi . This hotel is nice , luxury, clean and big room size . Toilet is like Japan , many botton for you to choose . Swimming pool is available but it is a bit cold for me . Breakfast is good and many choice to choose . We will come back to stay here again in future .

We enjoyed our stay at the S. Swiss Hotel. The location is good as there are plenty of local restaurants etc. right near the hotel. The breakfast was fine with a good coffee machine (essential as far as I'm concerned) and the pool is great after exploring the area each day.

Room is very beautifully decorayed but cabinet is ruined. Smart toilet with warm seat and very clean but no body lotion. Staff is very great. There are plenty of alcohol gel provided at every floor(although it's very hard to buy alcohol in covid19 pandemic) Buffet breakfast is good. There is good cafe (fram sook lek lek) providing great ice chocolate drink - just opposite to this hotel

Everthing is great as the picture show. The room was big and super clean. Very beautiful hotel full with many pretty decoration. Breakfast is very good ! They have many type of food and dessert. If you hesitate, I would reccomment to stay here!

I stayed here with my family and young nephew. Everyone loved to stay here. Good food for breakfast in the morning, many choices to choose :) Love swimming pool on 4th floor too, you can see the view of Rachaburi city from there. Love the decoration as well. So soft and comfy bed, we will definitely stay here again. Location: closed to everything.

Starting from 7 days before check in date We called to hotel for checking room detail as we selected 1 twin 1 king bed, staff said they have only 2 room with twin bed because of high occupancy. Selected from Agoda App it nothing. Stay two room one night 15-16/02/2020 Positive: Comfortable bed : Room and hotel public area with nice decoration . Breakfast with lots of choice.( Sunday morning) Check in and out was smooth and fast. Negative : -Room 206 toilet amenities not properly working, staff said that is manual system ( Nobody informed us while check in we have to solve problem by ourselves after used toilet it horrible!) -Room 205 door locked not working, we informed to receptionist while we went down for breakfast, then after one hour no one fixing it seem they don’t care , absolutely unsafe we can’t leave from ours room. No fixing !! No apologies to customer .

Good points are the hotel location was convenient also it was close from center and rail train station. Room is clean but shower booth was opened so when i showered that z the water was splashed all of bathroom. In the website of hotel ,swimming pool looked nice but real one was not higenic and small. Most disappointed things was Breakfast menu wasn't various and staffs weren't kind.
