Friendly staff, huge bed but lousy bathroom
The title says it all. Staff was always smiley and friendly. Greeted by a super huge huge, probably fit 4 adults comfortably. But the bathroom basin tap design was dumb. You can open the tap with soapy fingers.

Friendly staff
Friendly staff, nice lobby. But breakfast is a waste of time. The bathroom needs to be improved. Especially the basin tap. You wouldn't be able to open the tap with soapy hands. Really dumb design.

Can't fault it, pretty much
I stayed here for a few nights either side of a trip to Ko Tao. Lovely hotel, big rooms, very attentive and helpful staff. Good and plentiful breakfast, great location close to both metro and sky train. Most importantly, the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in. Only two quibbles: on my first stay (duplex suite) the bathroom was on several levels and had some places where it was easy to trip over - not quite steps but slight shifts in floor level for no real reason, with a very hard floor! I'm not elderly or frail but I did stub my toe/trip several times. I preferred the smaller junior suite on my second stay. The other thing was that on my first day my friend and I asked the concierge to order us a cab to one of the sights, and were persuaded instead to get one to a pier then a boat to the temple. The taxi took us to a small pier, not one with the main taxi boats, where we were massively overcharged for a ten-minute boat trip - almost £30. I'd have expected a hotel of this quality not to direct their guests to a scam like this. I only mention this because I'd not want other guests to agree to the same thing. Apart from that one incident, everyone was great.
