Amazing!! Amazing!! AMAZING!!”
We had a fabulous stay at Sabai Corner Bungalows. We stayed in the beachfront family Thai house that was stunning. Hammocks, rocking chairs and a super comfy moon chair to take in the beautiful view. The house was immaculately clean and can be cleaned daily if you would like. New bathroom with hot water shower. There are fans on every bed and were not hot at night. Great location with more eateries down the road both ways. We ate a lot at their own restaurant that has a fabulous view and yummy reasonable ( for the island) priced food. Salma was just amazing - she was so helpful and knowledgable. She sorted all our motorbike hires and a brilliant 'jurassic' trip. All reasonably priced and well suited for our family. They were fine with us bringing in drinks from the local 7-11 and she told us a great place toget delicious salted fish - my husband loved this andhad it for breakfast with their scrambled eggs and toast! We would definitely come back - this place is a little gem. Very friendly staff too. Thank you Salma, Lela and Sabai Corner Bungalows for a wonderful holiday - we'll be back!
Great location and value for budget travelers!”
The location was great and the staff were very helpful with anything we needed. We were greeted warmly at check in and enjoyed our whole stay! Keep in mind that you are basically glamping and things are pretty rustic (and HOT with no a/c!), but everything worked fine and we liked our little hillside bungalow! The restaurant was really really good! It was hard for us to try other places on the island because all of the food there was excellent! The location is great because its near other resorts and restaurants and beach locations. You can rent scooters directly from Sabai Corner which was key in being able to explore the island! Would definitely recommend to travellers on a budget!
Just for a night stay, owner Salma is very helpful, staffs are friendly too. Food is fabulous. Wooden made bungalows with hammock, very breezy. However , there’s moxie at night so bring a mosquito coil and burn it throughout the night to keep moxie away.
Beautiful location ”
Such a relaxing little island. Be prepared to pay a lot more for food and transport than in other parts of Thailand, but it’s well worth it for this little slice of paradise. Our bungalow was everything we needed for a full tropical island experience. It even withstood a tropical rain storm without a leak. The sound of coconuts falling from the trees around us added to the effect.
We really enjoyed our stay here and especially loved the island. It is very quiet with mainly local places and high end resorts. While I recommend this place, it did feel like the staff were looking forward to their own holiday and that they were not that fussed that we were there.
We had a great stay! First, we've only booked one night, but then we kept extending it because the island was just amazing. The Bungalows are super well located, the whole infrastructure is cozy, welcoming and warmhearted. You are some steps away from the beach and very close to restaurants. The owner is really helpful welcoming the guests and explaining everything around the island! I would only recommend this place. It is full of nature around, simple bungalows with hammocks and the food at the restaurant is very good!
Perfect location in paradise ”
Upon arrival we were greeted with such a warm welcome by Thelma. She gave us so much information. She was really helpful throughout our stay with regard to all aspects of getting around the island, boat times & the best place to watch the sunset. Sabai Corner is chilled out, well maintained & organised. The bungalows are various sizes. We had a small one right at the top which was a bit of a steep walk up steps, but others weren't as far up and easier to reach. The little beach is gorgoues with some nice restaurants and bars along the road. Koh Noi is very unspoilt and is just the best place to get away from it all. Compared to the more touristy islands like Phi phi it really is paradise. We ate at Sabai Corner a few times and the food was delicious with a mix of Thai and Italian choices on the menu. Homemade chips were good too. Would be my go to place when I return to these islands in the future
Chilled Place in Great Location”
Stayed 5 nights, could easily have stayed a bit longer. My bungalow (#11) was more than spacious for one person, first bungalow up on the hill, with two terraces and a hammock on each. I found the staff very friendly and Selma, in particular, was always at hand to answer all your questions, provide you with ideas of what to do and where to go on the island without being pushy. The food in the restaurant was tasty and it's a lovely place to have dinner by the sea and while away the evening. I could hear and see the guests in the restaurant and/or bar from my bungalow but by ten people would have gone and then all I could hear was the sound of the sea and of the jungle surrounding me. Don't expect a free view of the sea, though, from #11; you can see it but there is a lot of green, too, from the trees, which suited me fine.
It's a....bungalow. ”
For real. A finely crafted wooden bungalow in the middle of the forest near the beach. We had a few critters visit us and had to go outside to use the bathroom. If you like sleeping with a mosquito net and roughing it a bit, this would be a good option. The proprietor is very friendly--a real gem, though a few of the staff were weirdly a tad surly.
Good for Relaxation”
I was here on 01 Dec and the location is very good, there is a terrace with comfortable zone for relaxation. The room is very cool. There should be more Thai food menu for Thai people. The owner and staffs are very nice and friendly.

Best Location & Staff - Little Gem ”
Little gem of a place. 3ed time and will come again. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is in a perfect spot on the island. Our stay in the 2 bedroom sea front bungalow was exactly what we hoped for.
Our stay in Sabai Corner”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sabai corner. The staff were so pleasant and extremely helpful. Although our stay was short, we were able to fit in a lot of activities thanks to the staff helping with the arrangment. We definitely felt as though we got great value for money. Location wise, we were very happy about being by the sea and within a reasonable distance from the town. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay at Sabai Corner, and are looking forward to our next stay there.
fantastic, simple and tranquil ”
It was fantastic. The bungalow was roomy with nice hammocks. IT was traditional right in with nature. The ocean, the beaches are very near. It was very simple and quiet. No TV! If you want peace and nature this is the place.
Those bungalows are not for everyone”
Although the bungalows are cute and in front of the sea, they are not fit for everyone. We were two couples traveling and initially reserved a family bungalow with 3 double beds and kitchen. It was located at street level, in front of the main road with cars and scooters passing by all the time. It was also EXTREMELY HOT, like a sauna, no AC and the few fans were not enough to get a breeze, even sleeping with all windows and doors open. Mattresses were very hard. We decided to move to two double bungalows for, located closer to the ocean, hoping for better night the remaining days. No much difference. Bathroom located outside the bungalow and with many steeps to get there. Also the bungalows have stairs made of real wooden logs, which are very cute but uncomfortable and even dangerous to climb. Definitely not a place for young children, or persons with some mobility issues. Staff not very friendly.
Nice bungalow close to the beach”
Well located bungalow close to the beach. Basic accommodation and food is somehow expensive at the restaurant’s bungalow but renting a motorbike will allow you to go to nicer and cheaper places to eat.
Great place in nature”
We absolutely loved it there. Great stuff Rooms are worden cabins in the trees with attached external showers. Great food. Great advice how to tour the island. A few restaurants and a bar within walking distance. Would definitely recommend it!
Nice spot right by the sea, restaurant does great food”
Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Restaurant food is lovely. It's a nice spot there by the sea, especially at night. Peaceful. It's a short walk to Pasai beach where you can do boat trips or kayaking. Would stay there again.
The location is really good - right along the water front with beautiful views. The bungalows are cute but this is not the place for you if you do not like being “at one” with nature. There are holes in the walls and floor, and the bathroom is outside so we encountered frogs, lizards and giant crickets. This was not advertised and if I had known this I wouldn’t have booked it. The staff were also incredibly rude. They all lounge about on their phones in reception, and are very unwilling to help, and are very unfriendly. They seem annoyed that you have bothered them with a question. For example, the hotel rents motorbikes for 250 baht per day. The hotel is only near one or two convenience stores and ATMs, which do not accept MasterCard. We needed to go to the ATM which accepted MasterCard, but did not want to pay for a full day on the bike as we did not need it. The nearest ATM for this was an hour and a half walk away. We asked the staff if we could rent a bike at a lower rate, to use for an hour. They just said no. We found this to be rather shocking customer service for a hotel - very uncooperative and rude. On another day where we did rent a bike, we had parked it out the front of the hotel with the other bikes, came out to use it and it was covered in giant red ants. We asked the staff if we could borrow a brush to get the ants off the bike, they again just said no, despite there being several unused brushes in reception. The hotel is also lacking in facilities - expensive to rent bikes, kayaks, bicycles etc. There is no kettle/access to hot water for a coffee. To us, this is a basic facility in a hotel. Overall, the island is beautiful but I would not stay here again.
Basic bungalows with a first class view”
Very nice location on a small “peninsula” between two beaches. Staff is kind and supportive, especially Selma’s introduction to the island and help in organising tours is highly appreciated. The open wooden fan-bungalow was nicely allocated up the hill between trees. Its rustic charm is appealing but considering the basic equipment the price is on the high end.
