Cozy hotel in great location”
I stayed at the Sabai Inn for six nights. The room was large and comfortable, very quiet. It was closed-in, meaning that it had no outside facing window. That worked for me since I was out enjoying the nightlife of Pattaya and welcomed the dark room for morning sleep. After a few days it felt like a home away from home. The staff was friendly and the buffet across the street was the best I've had in my travels, this trip being one month and I was in at least ten hotels. I also spent three nights in the sister hotel The Sabai Lodge, which was even better, only because by then I wanted a pool facing balcony room, which the Sabai Inn didn't have. I would recommend the Sabai Inn to any friend who came to Pattaya
Clean, quiet, great staff at a good price.”
About a week before arrival, I emailed Sabai Inn, asking that they give us inside rooms. The manager replied immediate that he would hold those rooms for us. The room was very nice, including the bed and linens. Everything seemed nice and clean and the housekeeper and bell staff were very attentive. We stayed just short of a week and Friday night through Monday nights were marred by people slamming the doors to their rooms all day and night; it turns out that many of the doors are tight in their frames, making them hard to open or close without a lot of noise. The only other problem was the occasional guest who felt that it was ok to have a shouting conversation the length of the hallway in the middle of the night -more a problem with Pattaya than specifically to this hotel. Other than the hallway noises over the week-end, this is the quietest hotel I have stayed at in the area. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are plenty of good ones nearby. There is no swimming pool at the hotel, but guests are allowed to use the swimming pool on the sister property across the street. This is my third stay at Sabai Inn and now I won't stay at any other hotel. Its that good.
Great value of money!”
after reading all the great reviews from fellow solo travellers, i made the booking and i'm glad to say i made the right destination. from the moment you arrive the staff are very friendly and welcoming. i stayed a total of 9 days and it felt like a home away from home. location is exactly my preference - a bit away from the madness of walking street but easily accesible by the 10 baht bus - just the way i like it! a bonus is the close proximity (2 minute walk) to big c mall where i visited pretty much everyday for morning coffee, meals, shopping, etc. staff were very friendly throughout the stay and the cute receptionists were a pleasure to deal with. rooms were clean and spacious. the only minor negative comment was that i couldn't control the ac - it got a bit cold at times and then super hot once i shut it off - which was a bit annoying. overall i would say that i made an excellant choice and would no doubt stay at the sabai inn next time i visit pattaya. note to fellow solo male travellers: the hotel is very accomodating to allowing female company to visit your room including ensuring that the lady leaves her id a he reception.
I wish I had found this hotel 10 years earlier!”
Recommended very highly by two friends, not only was I not disappointed, but I even after their glowing reviews, Sabai Inn exceeded my expectations in every way. Of course, the staff was very nice and helpful (like the bellman who came out to shake my hand when stepping out of the taxi, as if we were old friends :-), but I was quite impressed with the room -everything working and in order, the sheets were fairly new and wonderful, and finally, a hotel well situated in Pattaya in which I could get a good night's sleep. Sabai Inn in my new home-away-from-home in Pattaya.
Ideal value for money hotel”
My stay at the Sabai Inn hotel in Pattaya was a very pleasant experience. The hotel and my room was very clean and well maintained and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for easy access to the beach and most things which Pattaya has to offer whilst at the same time offering a quiet and peaceful location.I would certainly stay there again.
Great Choice, aptly-named “Comfortable.””
It’s my favorite hotel in Central Pattaya, because of its location on the quieter side of town, but still easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and several big and modern shopping malls. It’s a classic old-style hotel with an enormous lobby and very comfortable rooms. There is free parking and staff are excellent.. really.. every single one. Thanks Sabai Inn, or a very comfortable stay, once again!
Good stay, Great staff and Good sound sleep”
Sabai Inn is very near to Soi.6, Tiffany's Cabaret show and Beach Road at North Pattaya. This place is great to get good night sleep though in and around action. Great staff helps you with all your sightseeing requests. Thanks for the good stay.
Good budget choice hotel w/parking”
This is a very nice hotel, a little dated.. but still clean and comfortable. I like the north end of Central - Beach Road area because it is less crowded, but still close to the beach, good restaurants and bars, and plenty of shopping- including Terminal 21 and Central Marina. The beds are big and comfortable and staff members are very professional and friendly. You need to ask for a boiler and there are other minor niceties that Sabai Inn does not provide, but for the bargain price, I was not unhappy about that. This is a good choice.
Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. Exceptional service for every guest is our highest priority, so we apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience. We have shared your feedback with the team so that appropriate adjustments can be made. We value you as a guest and hope that we have the opportunity to welcome you again in the near future.
Excellent friendly staff and superb location”
Loved the place. Super cute girls at the front desk always with a smile and extremely helpful. Got an early room, and the room itself was nice and cosy. Ac can be a little slow to cool initially, but works fine once you adjust the vents. Nice big Safe that can accommodate your laptop. Girl friendly, and secure. Also personalized to quite an extent, as the receptionist knew my room number and always gave me the key without me having to ask for it. How she remembered who was in which room was amazing. They do serve food in the room from the restaurant next doors, but i did not order so cant say how good or bad it is. The Sabai Lodge is across the road, and you are located about 100 mtrs from second road. Sabai Dee Massage is right there, and across the road is Big C to take care of your shopping. Highly recommend staying here, your a little away from Walking Street or Soi LK Metro, but that is just a 10 baht bus drive away, and you get a nice room for a much lesser price when compared to other hotels in those areas.
Sabai inn is close to all shopping, nightlife, transport ,2 mins walk from beach, very quite hotel, big rooms, bedding towels room cleaned/changed daily! Great power shower constant hot water, all important quite aircon..large comfy bed, flatscreen tv with loads of channels all languages..all staff are very helpful and professional..booked the hotel at a great price.... = result!! a very comfortable stay!....cheers all !!..
Cannot be faulted for any reason - very high standard Beach slightly disappointing mainly because of the "hordes" of Chinese and other tourists who blocked everyone's way - worse than "coolies" Will go back to SABAI INN when I am next in Pattaya ...
Good nigh'ts sleep in a comfortable room”
This was my second stay at Sabai Inn. It is still the beast of all of the hotels I have stayed at in Thailand. Things one might consider drawbacks: Guests who don't remember they are in a hotel and talk loudly and slam doors in the middle of the night (happens everywhere)... well, that sums up the negatives. The staff is fine, the location is convenient to Big C, restaurants in the areas, and you can't hear the bars in the next street unless you open the windows and listen intently. The sheets are nice, the mattress is in very good shape, the floors are clean, the blackout curtains really make it dark inside the room to keep the sun's morning rays out, and everything works. There are two comfortable chairs and a table, making it a nice place to sit and talk. I don't think you could pay me to stay any place else. No wonder its hard to get a room here.
Older But Well Kept And Nice”
Located on Soi 2 and quiet. Easy walk to Beach Walk on Song Taew loop to beach road. They were offering deals at the counter that was cheaper than Agida price. Breakfast across the street and was excellent. Pool located in Sister property kitty corner to Sabai Inn.
My stay at sabai inn was good.big room, bedding /towels changed daily, good pressure with the shower, many channels on the t.v,well stocked mini bar, 2 mins from beach,2 mins from restaurants, nightlife, entertainment ,very quite hotel , (the clean bedding and daily towels is a must for me )..overall great stay at a great price .
Good value for money in nice location ”
This was my first stay at the Sabai Inn . I normally stay in the Sabai Lodge the sister hotel on the opposite side of the road. I was impressed with the room which was very comfortable with a nice bathroom with a good shower. The hotel uses the pools and the restaurant of the Sabai Lodge. Will definitely stay here again. Although located someway away from the centre of Pattaya the local Bart bus service passes frequently pass the hotel.
Very..very nice hotel..”
I had an excellent stay at the Sabai Inn...the staff were extremely attentive and the food at breakfast was fantastic, they even had someone cook eggs any way you wanted them..all kinds of choices...lots of good coffee...fruit...go back as often as you wanted. The hotel in general was cleaned constantly and the rooms were done promptly. The location was perfect..away from the party end of town. The only disappointment to me was the internet...it was down often. I played snooker for the first time in years on a great 12 x 6 table...something I hadn't done on 35 years...great time.
Pleasant oasis amid the madness”
The Sabai Inn is a very pleasant, almost old-fashioned hotel in the quieter northern part of Pattaya. My room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. It was well maintained and the in-room wifi was quick and reliable. It's easy to walk to the beach or to take a baht bus to the nightlife areas, though many beer bars are within walking distance. The staff were attentive and friendly. Although the hotel does not have a pool, guests can use the ones across the road at the Sabai Lodge. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Nice little hotel in a good position”
I stayed here over the New Year and the hotel is on soi 2 between Beach Road and Second Road. The rooms are a decent size but it is best to request the ones that are on the outside of the building as the ones in the middle only have internal windows to the corridor. The hotel is clean and the staff are polite and helpful and I find it good value for money. You have access to the swimming pools just over the road in the Sabai Inn and the Sabai Wing and there is also a restaurant that services the hotels dead opposite. It is very close to Big C at the top of the road and some great bars. It also close to the beach with the Baht Buses going past that will take you anywhere down towards central or walking street. I hear the hotel is closing down for renovation. This will not go a miss as the hotel is starting to look a little bit tired. I would definitely stay here again and I look forward to seeing the place with after it has had a lick of paint.
It was our firt trip to pattaya, We enjoyed our stay at Sabai Inn, Value for money Hotel, ”
It was our firt trip to pattaya, We enjoyed our stay at Sabai Inn, Value for money Hotel, only negative about stay was Air condition in the room, AC is of older technology, does not have auto cut off option, so we has to wake up every time and switch off the power. We has not taken food from hotel so cant comment on food quality and service. Over all we enjoyed our stay in Sabai inn
perfect, friendly staff and in quiet area”
The hotel was excellent quick check in and check out. the staff very helpful and their english very good. The food was good as there was a resturant opposite the hotel part of the same hotel brand. The hotel was girl friendly so you could bring a lady back with you without being charged for it. I stayed an extra 10 nights at sabai inn hotel as i loved it so much.
