Perfect Hotel/Resort in Kanchanaburi. Beautiful grounds, nice small pool, super clean large rooms with panoramic windows overlooking the grounds. Staff were so lovely and efficient. They must love their jobs. Platform beds -so comfortable, sitting area, coffee/tea making facilities, refrigerator, bottled water replenished daily, superb bathrooms with really nice shower, and a combination safe. They have a small restaurant where free breakfast is served. Also have lunch and dinner. So quiet at night you can hear a Mango fall from the trees. You can have an in room massage for 200 baht which was appreciated for the feet and lower legs after a day at the Hellfire Pass. Also, this is a non smoking facility which we appreciated. Although we had cars I believe you can walk to the Bridge, Cemetery, and Museum in about 15 minutes. I actually reviewed many hotel/resorts before choosing Sabai@Kan and am glad that I did. You will not be disappointed, believe me.

Great Hotel with even better garden. ”
We were in Kanchanaburi for only 2 days and enjoyed our stay at Sabai @Kan very much. Arriving early in the morning we were used to wait a few hours to get into our room, which is okay when Check in starts at 2 pm. But here the staff really made an effort to prepare our room swiftly and so we got to our room before 9 am. The room itself was spacious, clean and had a really nice view into the amazing garden. The owner and staff were very kind and always ready to help. All in all a great time. We really recommend spending your time in Kanchanaburi in this hotel!

Best place we stayed in Thailand”
We only stayed three places (in Bangkok, Kanchanburi, and Koh Samui) but this was our favorite. We ate the wonderful, included buffet breakfast in the courtyard every morning. The location was great - just far enough away from the busy part of town to be quiet, but also an easy walk to get there. Perhaps the best part was the staff - they asked every day if we needed rides arranged to anywhere and everywhere we wanted to go. There were choices of modes of transportation and we used them all - and the hotel arranged it all for us. Plus, you can get Thai massages in your room for the same price as going somewhere in town. And, of course, the kids loved the pool! (Even the adults loved the pool after hot days walking around the city or the national parks.)

my second time to this hotel and i would definitely comeback if i travel to kanghanaburi...the place is clean the swimming pool is in a garden simply great ...the staff always smiling ...only 800 mt from the bridge ...next door to the hotel there is a bike rental shop ...the owner mr paul a danish gentleman is ready to help you with all your needs ...you can rent bike,motorbike or organize a tour with him ..he will drive you around ...he sells drinks too

Sabai@Kan Resort is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, and that is because the staff just couldn't be nicer or more helpful, in particular Apple. I had a lovely bright, clean, large room looking onto the gardens and pool. I didn't use the pool as it was raining when I had my free time, but it looked lovely and clean. Thank you Apple and Sabai@Kan!

I had been to this hotel before and i did no. hesitate to come back .and I will not hesitate to come back ...the staff are marvellous swimming pool in a beautifull garden ..good breakfast .very clean and only 800 'mt from the bridge ..next door you will find Mr Paul..you can have a drink in is shop and rent a bike or motorbike and he is willing to help you with all your needs ...overall I give 10 out of 10 to this hotel

This is the second time I have stayed at the Sabai and it has exceeded my expectations on both occasions. The rooms are spacious and beds super comfortable, beautiful gardens with an awesome pool and the staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. We also loved the breakfast buffet every morning!!

A little piece of tropical paradise”
The staff were very accommodating allowed us to check in early.. the surrounds were just so peaceful. The gardens and pool were an enjoyable way to spend the late afternoon. The breakfast fell short a little, the food was placed in warmers but the food was not kept warm as they were not appropriately lit. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. The birdlife were present and accounted for in the early morning... but enjoyed hearing this wake up call..

Best staff ever”
10 years of traveling Thailand. This is hands down the best staff we've encountered. Rooms are very clean although a bit dated. The staff just couldn't do enough for us. Walking distance to food and the bridge.

Fantastic location, within 10 minute walk of the Bridge over the River Kwai and museums. Very professional and efficient staff. Good size rooms , very clean and tidy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Garden oasis”
This is a lovely small hotel in the quieter area of town, not far from the bridge. Rooms are spacious and with a very calm decor. Bathroom nicely laid out. Pool and garden area is very relaxing, with a small waterfall, flowers and birds. The property is very well maintained, and the staff is superb. Breakfast had a nice variety of Asian and Western foods.

The rooms are well furnished, spotlessly clean, and with nice views (whether of the garden directly or from the second floor through large windowpanes). The breakfast menu's quite wide-range and tasty, if slightly toned down to cater to most guests' palate. But the very thing that's worth writing home about was the owners' and the staff's excellent hospitality: not only they are full of smile, greetings, and offering of free snacks at the lobby, they are also helpful and always keen on answering your queries related to all your travel needs. It is the thing that stays in our minds even long after we checked out from the hotel.

Good rooms overlooking the lovely garden and pool. Excellent staff who just couldn't do too much to help-spoke good English too. Good breakfast with western and eastern options. Excellent value for money. Close to numerous restaurants and the Bridge. A wholehearted recommendation.

Exceptional”
Fantastic place to stay in Kanchanaburi, just a little removed from The Strip with a lovely garden and pool area to relax in The buffet breakfast is the best I’ve seen and had in my 4 months of travelling in south east Asia Family run business which is great Plus an excellent bar and motorcycle hire next door at Pele’s place, what an obliging and delightful gentleman he is.

Great Value Hotel for the money”
I stayed there 4 nights while in Kanchanaburi. The room is quite large, very clean and all the basic necessities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not a far distance to center of town. The breakfast was very basic, do not set your alarm to wake up for breakfast... I would stay there again, however for a little more money, I would book the poolside room as it has a balcony and direct acces to the grounds.
