+ Clean, quiet, spacious room, very good price / comfort ratio, very good and friendly staff, good air conditioner (on many hotels in same price category was horrible air conditioner and I was cold) + Hotel 's thai guide book with best places good tips to visit with prices and taxi praces,.... - Not so close to the center/BTS as I would like (but with a motorbike OK) + hotel have a some transport cars and good price for take you to BTS, airport or so... - more expensive laundary than I expect, but there are on the street too... ? Restaurant I dont know because I ate almost all streetfood
The hotel is very clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the location is perfect if you know the city well. Really good place to go anywhere even if it's not central. As a summary - great value for the price.
Sabai sabai at sukhumvit hotel is rich with friendly and great service staffs. Here, I would love to compliment one of their staff, Mr Tiu a 10 star service. Apparently, all the staffs there do multiple jobs. We were well welcome by Mr Tiu, smooth check in and eventually he assisted us by carrying our luggages. Where can I get such service from a 3star hotel? Seldom. But this man we can really see his effort. Telling more infos about bangkok city and love his positive attitude which is 'don't worry be happy'. On our check out day, it was heavily rain. He took his bike out to the main road to find for us taxi but his effort went to drain as most of the taxi drivers are not willing to drive us to airport. As a kind soul, he offers to drive us to airport despite of other pending jobs. We were relieved! Feel honoured when the owner of the hotel's pull out our luggage together! In terms of facilities, good for non fussy travellers.
Lovely hotel with friendly staffs”
It was a pleasant stay in Sabai-Sabai. Our suite was spacious and clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful in fulfilling our demands. The hotel is located out of town so we have to take more some time to reach shopping area such as Platinum Mall & Siam Paragon. The traffic really bad sometimes.
it was pretty good. I never had any problem with the location like most of the people who stayed here do. Public transportation is just right off the main road. It was really fun to figure out how to get around Bangkok, either you take a cab which is the easiest but I suggest to try the tuktuk and catch a train right off the Phra Kanong station. hotel provides scheduled shuttle service that takes you to the train station though.
Best hotel for the money paid”
This is the forth time staying there and I will be back when I visit Bangkok. I am still impressed about the hotel, a hidden treasure. You can feel from the first moment that you not only a customer but also a guest.
I will come again”
Had a great time is my third time The rooms are good, a little bit off the center, but local public transport is available. The breakfast is very basic and could be improved but what you expect for the price..... Great place to stay clean large rooms with high speed Internet
A home away from home”
This hotel is a hidden jewel. The owner of the hotel is giving each guest the feeling he is a VIP guest. The rooms are large and individual design. The coffee for the breakfast is instant coffee that would be a great improvement to have freshly brewed coffee.
Friendly, decorated very well and well presented”
This is a lovely boutique hotel but slightly out of the way from main road. The rooms are so well decorated and are unique and everywhere there were so many different collection of paintings, oddments and just beautiful colours. The room was very comfortable, well laid out and breakfast tasty and well presented.
Awesome staff, clean spacious rooms”
the room is spacious, clean and nice. love their concept. however their breakfast was a little disappointing as most of them are pork. the staffs were very friendly, they have free shuttle service to the bts station!
Just ripping off your money”
The amenities are quite old. SHower is broken. Towels are very old and rusty. Hotel staff is ripping off your money. 100 Baht for a cheap toothbrush. The TV is fine though.
Not modern but good”
We had a family room and it was great. Lots of room and very well laid out. Not modern but good. Staff great, breakfast really good and hourly free transport to SkyTrain. All adds up to excellent value. Would book again or recommend to a friend.
Value for money, but Different from Expected”
Hi - I booked the family suite/room. Somehow, it appears different from pictures and was different from our expectations, so we were disappointed. Location was not as convenient as expected. Breakfast was acceptable for the prices. Not sure if will book again. Maybe other rooms are better than the family rooms, as i read good reviews online before making booking.
Decent hotel and friendly staff”
We stayed there for one night. The location is not closed to BTS (mass transit). The area is easy to get taxi and not too far from the airport. Consider that taxi is cheap in BKK, this hotel is a good option.
Clean and Quiet Place !!”
Everything was perfect.. staff was really nice and helpful. breakfast was really good. location is abit far from the attractions but if you can get a taxi or uber it will be fine. we had a 2-bedroom suite it was perfect, the room was cleaned everyday and sheets were changed. other than the location its a really nice place.
A good stay”
The best part of the hotel is its service, which is too good. Big spacious rooms with elegant decor. The only concerning part is its location. It's bit far from the Cty Centre but they have a shuttle service during the day which is again a good service. Recommended for stay with family
Great stay! Rooms are quirky and very clean. Extremely good value for money and great free breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful with a free shuttle bus to the BTS all day. Only downside was the Wifi was really slow and kept cutting out. But who needs wifi anyway...you're in Thailand! Go explore!
Rooms not very clean”
First room I got aircon was not working very well, very hot. Called them, changed the room for me within 5 minutes. Second room on the first night, my body was very itchy after lying for 30mins, suspect bed bugs. Changed bed sheet upon request following day. Toliet was smelly. Shower only had very hot or cold, could not achieve anything in between. Staff were pleasant and friendly though.
We had not planned to go to Bangkok, but efter some discussion with my wife, we agreed to stay at Sabai Sabai again. And as everytime we go and stay at this hotel, we are never disapointed. Right when we come to the hotel, the staff took good care of us. They are polite and very friendly. I have booked 3 more nights now in March 2016, and probably will book again in April 2016 and September 2016.
Cluttered, mismanaged, unwelcoming place”
A very far cry from a 4-star hotel.... Pets allowed as per Agoda, still they attempted to refuse us entry. Serious lack of coordination and respect for customers. Room was cleaned only once during our 12 day stay and we had to ask 3 times for that with some insistence: we advised them that we were taking the dog outside so the cleaners could go in, still the cleaners simply kept to their own schedule. We asked them twice and ended up waiting in the lobby until they were done. Receptionist seemed unable to get staff to do anything except on their own terms. Breakfast was fine but with a lot of corner cutting; lots of minor annoyances in the room: bathroom doorstep too high, floor too slippery, cupboard doors wont stay open but slam shut every time, uncomfortable furniture everywhere, constant wifi issues. Rude staff with lots of stares or avoidance and few smiles, we felt like intruders most of the time. Room full of notices threatening guests with ridiculous fines. The immediate vicinity was rather depressing, nothing at all except some average street food.
