Best place to stay”
Wonderful place to stay in phi phi..one of the best Inhad in my life.. awesome staffs and very clean and nice bunglow..the property situated near the phi phi view point.. the place is very calm and well maintained ..you will get the good view of entire island since the place is located at the hillstation..only thing is you have to walk hill to reach this place..you will feel tiered first time when u come to this place but after coming here the story is different you will feel wonderful feeling.. what an amazing place! Coming to the staff they r very honest and kind..well recommended place to stay in phi phi..

Beautiful view”
The room we had was lovely, reasonable price, very basic but we are not picky, beautiful view from balcony, i would have wished for a mosquito net. Only problem I would say was the walk to it! Very steep hill, worst walk up was other our bags, nearly killed us! Aha wanst too bad after. It is on the party side of the island so you can hear music at night but not too loud, more just the bass ounce door is shut. I read a few reviews about rooms not being cleaned but woman on the desk clearly said if we wanted them to be cleaned to leave the key at the desk, we did and rooms were cleaned with fresh towels and water no problem. Booked for 3 nights only stayed for 2, island is very party orientated so if that is your sort of thing then highly reccomended, if you want more chill out stay other side of the island. Side note, do not take path to the view point to the right of by bungalows, it's a very steep jungle walk, very hard footing. If you do don't wear sandals like we stupidly did. Go down to town and take that route, way easier

view from room's balcony was so fantastic ”
Highlight of property is view and much appreciated their room arrangement, it was ready when we arrived. One of thing I think they could make it better is cleaning the room daily as we booked 2 nights but no one cleaned our room up.

Great location with lovely view but horrible nights”
Pro: everything was very clean and the location was great since you had a nice view. The staff was super friendly and made some beautiful bungalows with air conditioning which is a life saver. Contra: since the location is so close to the main area the music of the part area at night was horrible and so loud. We couldn’t sleep until the music stopped which was around 1am... so this was definitely kinda disappointing because it ruined the relaxing feelings of the vacation. But I guess that Koh Phi Phi turned into a very bad party island with „Ballermann“ feeling...

Cute little bungalow out of town.”
This place was really nice with a lovely view. Staff was friendly. Downside is you have to walk up very steep hills to get here and it's a bit loud at night. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very good”
The bungalows were very good. Beds were a bit hard, but spacious. The bathroom was clean and good. The balcony was nice and the view was amazing! The location is not central, which is good because of the parties and still walkable to restaurants/bar area. But prepare your legs to go uphill! They offer a free taxi service, which is a guy with a cart carrying your bags and scorting you to/from the pier.

our bathroom was leaking but then it was fixed up right after we told the staff, the view is quite pretty if ur get the top most bungalows but it is quite a walk to the rest of the island as you are on one end of the island. but in all not a bad place to stay.

A bit far but great ”
It is a bit far from the pier which is annoying when you get there in the blazing heat with luggage BUT the people that run it are really nice always willing to help and you are really close to the phi phi view point... at night you do hear the party going on,on the beach which is crazy because it’s pretty far so I couldn’t imagine staying closer to the beach, probably wouldn’t be able to get much sleep

Nice view to the sea in the jungle”
Bungalows are very simple but cute with amazing view to the jungle and sea! You can hear nature all around you which I love. During evening time it changes to noises of parties down at the beach but you can’t really hide away from that anywhere in the island. I’m a light sleeper myself but I were still able to enjoy my good night sleep and music didn’t disturb me. Island is much more hot than mainland Phuket or Krabi and it feels like air sits still and when you walk all the way up to these bungalows you can really feel it. It’s quite high ”hike” and many steps and you are definitely sweating when you get there. But who wouldn’t like a little workout couple times a day, right? ;)

A family-runned hotel up in the hill with good views. Close enough to the center but far enough to be able to sleep at night. The room is small but it's equipped with a fridge. Good price for a private room in Phi Phi

A bit out of the way way and very noisy until 1am”
15 mind walk from the pier uphill which is a struggle with luggage in the heat. After that it's not bad, but you can hear all the music from the beach every night. Also no daily housekeeping and the toilets got smellier each day until it stunk

An uncomfortable sleep. ”
Phi phi is a loud party island and the sound travels. If you want sleep stay on the other side by the pier. Could hear the parties and music even through ear plugs and the 10min walk away from the party, bed was hardand awful. Facilities were pretty clean, pretty good value for money. Staff was great.

The room is small than I expected. No water supply on Day 1, but the staff had figure out the problem and fixed it as soon as possible.

Not clean as a picture, cockroaches on bungalow ”
Staff where amazing and helpful, Bathroom wasn’t clean at all, Water from toilet went out always. Cockroaches was in Bungalow. No Fridge as picture said.

Budget hotel ”
Pros : Budget hotel. It has air condition. Far from main area so less noise. View is good from hotel Cons : Have to climb uphill to reach Far from the pier. View point looks near from hotel but have to hike 25 30 mins to reach up. Less friendly staff due to language problem and little rude.
