Might be good place to stay but unfortunately, bad services”
I booked the room and wait till the hotel confirm available room, later after paid I've got the confirm check in time. Me and my family visited there and ready to check in but the receptionist says that I cannot stay here because its full , need to move to another where they booked for my family. I have to count 1 to 100 by reason of no any research to that place and had no ideas about their management. When I ask about why don't they call to reject or give a choice before I've arrived. For god sake the receptionist even know how to say apologize

not good hard to get there nobody knows where it is was so far away from everything had to call in a tuk tuk and they wanted double pay because of the location.

Come in Spinner, address incorrect”
After looking at a number of hotels around Ubon Thani, about an hour to search for ideal location and price. When we to a tuc tuc no one had heard of this hotel. But after half an hour of asking around we jagged it. It was not listed on the map at the correct address. So we had to stay adjacent to the airport, long haul into town away from everything except the paddy rats and frogs. it was clean, new, everything worked as it should but some difficulty in english speaking receptionists, but they were helpful

อยู่ใกล้สนามบิน แต่ทำเลไม่ได้ติดถนนใหญ่ ต้องเข้าซอยมาประมาณ 100 เมตร เป็นโรงแรมใหม่ สะอาด ราคาถูก ภายในห้องเตียงนอนสะอาดไม่แข็งเป็นไม้ ที่พักแห่งนี้คล้ายอพาร์ตเมนท์เซอร์วิสมากกว่า ส่วนที่เลือกโรงแรมนี้เพราะใกล้กับบ้านงานที่จะมางาน เลยสะดวก ส่วนถ้าเป็นมุมของนักท่องเที่ยวสถานที่ตั้งยังไม่โอเค ถึงจะไม่ห่างไกลจากในเมืองมากนัก แต่ถ้าไม่มีรถถือว่าลำบากอยู่พอประมาณ ใช้เวลาการขับรถเข้าเมืองประมาณ15นาที สรุปแล้วท่านที่มองหาที่พักราคาถูกใกล้สนามบินก็ถือว่าโอเคอยู่ แต่อาจจะต้องหารถเช่าถ้าไม่ได้ขับรถมา จากที่พักเดินออกมาประมาณ 100 เมตร จะถึงถนนใหญ่ จะมีรถสองเท่าวิ่งให้บริการแต่ไม่แน่ใจว่ารอนานมั๊ยคิดว่าไม่สะดวกสำหรับพวกที่ไม่มีรถค่ะ
