Great experience ”
I was a little nervous booking this hotel after reading some of the reviews, however I was in need of quite a few rooms for family to stay during a family wedding we were due to attend. The photos looked nice so I took the gamble. After 10 seconds my fears were vanquished as the hotel receptionist guided me through checking into all the rooms checking everything worked and was acceptable to my needs. I only changed one room from a twin to a double after a family request which was done without any qualms. The help the staff gave to my family as they arrived was exceptional and the level of English was really great. Breakfast was good, even thou we was all still full from the wedding party, everyone found something they wanted to eat and nice it was too. The rooms were nice and clean with large comfortable beds, even the triple room was very nicely laid out with plenty of space. I thank the staff there for all their help and would truly recommend staying there as I will in the future.

I booked two nights then extended my stay for three more nights. Reasons being: great friendly staff; good location — not too close to the main street, thus it was quiet; hot water worked fine. Only negative was that the wifi was not strong on the second floor. I would definitely book again.

Pretty good for the price”
The lobby looks exceptional but you should know the room itself is pretty mundane and basic. I also dont think I had breakfast there. Location is pretty good but it is at the northwest part of town, not very central. However, the town is quite small so its quite walkable to the central tourist area. This hotel is not "guest friendly" as stated on a sign they hang at the back of every hotel room door. Otherwise, its pretty inexpensive for what it's offering and it does at least present a feel of cleanliness and class.

Poor Hotel”
It looks good from the outside but that's where it ends..The room I had was not maintained but that is like most hotels in these parts..Not even a fridge though..No safe,broken toilet seat,main door very difficult to shut..There is a step into the bathroom which I fell over but luckily I wasn't injured,I had beers on board but still an easy thing to forget..The hotel was nearly empty and if this was the best room they could give me,I'd hate to see the rest of them...Staff were nice and helpful

Photos are misleading. Rooms are tiny and the hotel is certainly not what you would expect from a 3 stars hotel. Price tou me get us NOT too good to be true. Our bathroom was tiny and there were no pipes under the sink which means every time we used it water would run on the floor all the way to the shower drain. AC was extremely noisy but that blocked the noises from the street. Starting around 6:30am guests start slamming their doors. The breakfast buffet (20 000kips pp) is 100% Asian. No coffee or eggs. There was bread but no butter or jam. We rented a scooter from the hotel. They delivered it completely empty with the gas light flashing. We had laundry done by the hotel. We weighted the bag with our digital balance prior to dropping it. It was 2.6 kilos. They charged 6 kilos. We told them this was wrong but they insisted we pay the 6 kilos. Back in our room we weighted it again, thinking we may have messed up the first time: 2.68 kilos... Honesty is not their strength!

A hotel with lots of potential, saddly falls short”
Pros: very nice/helpful front desk man, awesome location, nice patios, big room, quite (minus dogs barking), good ac but hard to use Cons: blood all over sheets, pillows were very dirty, toilet was broken and would spill water everywhere, female staff were utterly aweful to deal with very rude, didnt clean our room for 4 days

Hotel is a typical budget hotel. There's no swimming pool. Flushing of the toilet was cumbersome because the handle was broken. I was in the last room of the floor next to the outer wall, and it was quite noisy. 4 am I had to listen street dogs barking, 6 am traffic noise starts and 7 am people starts to slam doors when the first ones went to eat breakfast. So, as a summary, I didn't sleep quite well. Breakfast was above the average and actually pretty good, but ants were running on the table. The problems described above are all typical to the budget hotels and not much can be expected from 20 € price booking. The only thing I don't understand is the unhelpfulness of the staff. I tried two times to ask for an extra pillow to make me sleep better, but both times staff in reception just declined my request by saying that they don't have any. Really, no have an extra pillow in the hotel more than 20 rooms and it was not even fully booked? Or maybe the girls in reception was just too lazy to take care of my request because they looked to have more important things to do like playing video games with their mobile phones. Good taking care of customers costs nothing!

Hotel looks great from the outside but the Standard room I had was a let down...No fridge,old furniture,no safe,door difficult to shut,toilet seat was broken...There is a step at the bathroom door which I forgot about after a few beers and ended up on my ass, thankfully I wasn't injured...The hotel was virtually empty and if this was the best room available I'd hate to see the rest of them

Triple Room”
If you book a triple room it is not like the picture. They have just squeezed an extra bed into a double room. There was very little space for the beds let alone room to move. The beds were comfortable but the fufniture old. The breakfast also left a lot to be desired. There are many other places which are much better value if, like myself, you have a child with you and require a triple. I may consider it if a lone traveller or just two but even then think there is much better value to be had.
