A friendly staff, a convenient and clean hotel”
I arrived at the hotel at dawn. I asked in advance if I could check in at dawn, and it was possible. Both the building and the room were clean, and the housekeeper cleaned them well every day. I felt good because the staff on the first floor always greeted me kindly when I went out or came back. If I visit Ho Chi Minh next time, I will choose this hotel again. Once again, I would like to thank the hotel staff for their great help on the pleasant trip.

I love the place”
The room was clean and well-equipped. Staff was nice and helpful. They took me to the nearby market to change currencies, and even refunded me for accidentally clearing my retainers. One tiny note is that there is still some seafood smell in the room, especially after housekeeping service, and there's cigarette smell in the bathroom.

Serene Comfort”
An excellent property and very very well located if you are attending any expo or exhibition in Ho Chi Minh. The only reason why i gave it a 4star for location is that its supposed to be away from city centre, personally i prefer it that way - completely peaceful, tucked away in a bylane in District 7. In terms of facilities- it does not have a gym or bar, so if you are a young person wanting to enjoy or relax, you need to go to the myriad places outside Sabina. Staff - EXCELLENT and extremely helpful. Anna and all the other girls, including the wonderful and kind security guard MUST be made mention of. I particularly was impressed by the professionalism of the staff . I was treated to American breakfast at their other close by property Sabina 2 (newer and larger), as Sabina only served Korean bf. Hats off to each one of the staff at Sabina 2 restaurant. It was a really nice gesture on the part of the management to offer this at no extra cost, with a cheerful smile each day of my stay

The apartments are brand new. The bathroom is kings level. I would recommend it. The work of staff though needs minor improvements. I had issues with late check in, and hot water.

Low Water Pressure ”
Stayed at 4th floor and the water pressure is so bad that bathing is uncomfortable with so little water. Also, hot water is not hot enough and takes too long.

スタッフ皆さんとっても親切！！”
ホテルのフロントのスタッフをはじめ、 掃除のスタッフさんもみなさん本当に親切で、とにかく対応が丁寧です！！ 実はちょっとしたハプニングで帰国前日にPCR検査することになりました。 検査当日は朝6時にバイク便をチャーターして病院に行かなければなりません。 ただ、私はバイク便をチャーターするために必要なベトナム語の入力ができません。 寝ているフロントのスタッフさんを叩き起こしても嫌な顔ひとつされず丁寧に対応してくださいました。 おかげさまで無事PCR検査もでき、日本へ帰国できました。 機会があれば、またこちらのホテルに宿泊したいです^ ^

あやうくパスポートロストに…（滝汗）”
とってもいいサービスアパートメントです。はっきり言って１年でも余裕で住めます。中型の冷凍冷蔵庫、鍋釜、炊飯器、包丁、まな板、電子レンジまでセットされていて、完全に「家」ですｗ。 ただ、チェックインの際、パスポートを返却してこなかったので、パスポート預かり（ベトナムではたまにあります）なのかと思っていたら、翌日聞いても「パスポートは返したんですが…」と。もうその時点で大パニックであと一週間サイゴンに足止めか？と滝汗ものでした。 結局、そのうちフロントのねえちゃんが「コピー機に置いたままだったよ～」と言ってきてちゃんちゃん、となりましたが…。自分の不注意が半分ありますが、まぁ南ベトナムの人ってこういうぬけ作（絶対故意ではない。北の人間ならやりかねないが…。）が多いので要注意！結果的にはその事件をきっかけにフロントの兄ちゃん、ねえちゃんと仲良くなれたのでよかったですけどね（彼らはなんども平謝りしてました）。 又、ロケーションの点数は市内から遠くて渋滞がひどいため点を低くしました。ベトナムはGrabが便利ですので、必ずGrabをスマホにダウンロードして日本でユーザー登録してもって行きましょう。そうすればここは天国です！！
