Above average”
Very basic, double bed, air con, old furniture. No fridge. Shower room basic not great but water pressure very strong. Realy what does one expect for this money. Not paying much so not getting much. best part is location. 5 miute walk to Saphan Kwai railway station. 5 minute walk to a Big C department store. Close to Chatuchat weekend market.

ok if you are on a budget and willing to adapt”
price, location, staff
Good location near a bts station and close to the saphan khwai nightlife area for those interested. Lots of food vendors nearby during the morning and also a couple 7/11 and a Big C within walking distance. As already written by others this isn't the cleanest guesthouse you will find but if you want to travel around thailand you shouldn't be scared by a couple of hairs or a little ant walking inside the bathroom. The price was the lowest i could find so you get what you pay for.

Not a good choice”
No, no, staff ok
No english sigh board of the 'hotel' name, the taxi driver can't find it. Have to ask local's help to find the 'hotel'. The toilet with all the yellowish and stain around and even wall crack lines without repair, plus water wouldn't drain away completely. The floor in the room seem clean BUT the bedsheet and pillowsheet were dirty with stain and turning grey, seem not being washed after many previous guests used. Got 2 bugs(tiny spider-like) on the bed, killed them). I stay in a front room facing the busy street. Its class windows covered with news paper & curtain, marks and dirty patches on the wall. It was noisy from the motorcycle up to mid night or may be beyond(I fell into sleep as too tired after a day sightseeing). The size of the room was ok. The staff during checkin and checkout seem OK. Overall, my impression was the management/owner of the 'hotel' is not willing to improve the condition of the 'hotel' room.I will not go back to the same 'hotel' again.

old and smelly”
location, owner is nice
the guesthouse is near chatukchak market, easy to get there for visiting and shopping, but it is old house and not clean, the room is small and had bad smell. The music from karaoke next door is very lound till 2am. Though the owner is nice and smile manner but it has a lot to do with the guesthouse to make it able to stay. For this room condition and compare to price, it is not worth, better avoid it.

Clean Room, Dirty Bathroom”
Good price, big room, hot water
The room was exactly as in the agoda pictures. Those pictures didn't show the big moldy hole in the bathroom ceiling that was leaking water, but it was just leaking on the wall and no real bother. The biggest problem was that the wifi signal was too weak in the room. We had to go to the common area to get internet. Overall not bad, but don't go out of your way.

Karaoke”
Uncomfortable because of Karaoke (disco) noise from upstairs. Window is broken at room, disable to lock it. Leaking tons of water in the bath room from the ceiling. It was like water fall. It was just hell.

Terrible Inn”
the shampoo and body wash are big.
We only stayed for a night so it's fine. But I don't think guests could stay there more than a day. The toilet was dirty and the place was old. I suggest to have it renovated so people could stay there comfortably. Oh, one more thing. We checked in around 10:30 pm but we were asked to wait at the lobby. We waited for around 30 minutes! Then, we were told that the check out time was BEFORE 12 noon. I'll never go back there again.

Great for one night”
location, staff
It was fine, the place is ok if you just need to spend one night in Bangkok and then take a bus or a plane the next day. It is very close to Chatuchak. But it is falling apart, specially the bathrooms. The bedroom was ok but could have been much cleaner. On the other hand there was a super nice girl of the staff, very helpful.

Not too shabby”
Price, location, helpful staff
Prime example of you get what you pay for. Idea for the solo traveler just looking for a place to crash at night. Definitely wouldn't recommend for couples or families. Pluses were the cost per night and the location. 7-11 is several yards away and the BTS Station (Saphan Kwai) is about a 7 minute walk away. Negatives were the loud music from the club next door, usually ended around 1:30 AM and ants in the room. Also the Wi-Fi was inconsistent and would go in and out. Bottom line...if you're on a budget and just need a place to lay your head at night this is the place.

Noisy music all night as it is directly over a local discotheke. Bed and furniture worn off, I would nobody suggest to stay longer than one night, as there are better choices for this price class. Shabby room.

there arent 3 good things. it has only location
terrible! first room didn't have air con working and no internet access. under protest i was given another room. bed sagged, a/c couldn't adjust, cigarette smoke blew in thru a/c all night was disgusting, blanket on bed filthy and covered in hair and pubic hair also. cockroaches running around, full of mosquitos, night club literally on other side of the room wall pounding music all night, place was filthy and i didn't want to touch anything! its not worth more than 200baht/nt in bkk, i know a much nicer place for 180baht in chiangmai!
