Best boutique hotel in sevilla.”
Had a wonderful stay at Santa Ana Hotel.Great beautiful rooms and lovely bathroom.value for money.super location in the center of eveything you need nearby like el corte ingles.Very beautiful lobby area.good Wi Fi and free.Good breakfast assortiment. Last of all many thanks to receptionist Lidia for her wonderful reception and friendliness. She speaks good english too. Also wonderful housekeeping with 5 stars bathtowels.
Nice boutique hotel”
The cleanliness of the hotel, free tea and coffee in the lobby, free wifi. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Ask for a quiet room on 2nd floor at the back with windows room 410. Spacious room. Bus stop for Hop on Hop off bus outside the hotel very convenient. There were plenty of bars and eating places outside the hotel and surrounding areas, some serving not so nice touristy food. Recommend eating on the other side of Seville near Plaza de Espana. Food at Barco's on Avenida Borbolla was few minutes walk from the Hop on Hop off bus stop. Stumbled on this gem in the business district. Fantastic Paella and ice cold beer. Breakfast was just okay nothing special, the scrambled eggs were sweet probably reconstituted and not fresh. Milk for tea and coffee also sweet. Rolls didn't seem fresh and were crumbly giving the impression that they might have been previously frozen. The only yummy thing was the almond tart and the tiny cakes with jam in the middle. Cooked breakfast was not hot.
Great location to get around Seville”
We chose this hotel because it has a connection to a parking facility. It was easy to reach but it can be difficult to stop out front. Once the car was parked, we didn't need it to get around Seville. Our room was lovely, as is the appearance of the hotel. Breakfast was very nice. The staff were helpful and recommended an excellent restaurant nearby. There was also a cool jazz place about 2 blocks away.
Convenient to all main attractions”
Comfortable and easy to get around on foot with all attractions no more than 20-30 minutes by foot. We went in deep off season so there were few clients, but service was good. Very average breakfast, but in Spain in general, don't expect too much. Save it for lunch and dinner. Warning: Everything they say about driving in Seville Old Town is true!! A horror of narrow streets and one-ways. Parking is an adventure, sometimes a full- length safari, so you're well advised to find a hotel (like this) that has an arrangement with a local garage (if you can find it!) or you'll end up like me, disoriented and baffled, street parked in some dark alleyway with apparently no exit! No try and find the hotel on foot...! Would stay here again.
Awesome place to stay whilst in Seville. 5 mins walk from the main centre but loads of small bars around the hotel. Hotel very clean, tidy with helpful staff, Would thoroughly recommend for a nice relaxing stay.
Love the hotel”
I love the decor of the hotel. My room even have a balcony with roses flowers. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room is pretty small, but the decor is like Victorian era which I love. In front of the hotel there are local market/ bazaar with interesting goods. FYI: if you booked a tour from the hotel that said it will pick you up from the hotel, make sure you asked where exactly they will pick you up. In my case I thought they will pick me up in the lobby. Turn out the bus will stop in front of the hotel for 5 mins before it takes off. So be ready 10 mins before and asked the concierge for the exact spot.
Loved this hotel, which was in a great location. Unfortunately we had a room at the front of the hotel overlooking the square which was next door to a restaurant. It was really noisy, and when the restaurant people had gone home, the cleaning up team arrived in the square at 3am and they woke us every morning. Then the delivery people arrived, shouting loudly at 6am.. we had very little sleep.. I would however go back here because the location is perfect, I would just ask for a room at the back of the hotel... which I hope would be much quieter.
Perfect place to stay in Seville!”
Ideal location to explore old Seville with so many places to eat in the evening right on the doorstep. Extremely comfortable beds!
Beautiful and clean, but with a few hiccups”
A beautiful boutique hotel with wifi and breakfast in a hip neighborhood. A bit of a walk to the Cathedral area (15-20 min - depending on the heat). Rooms are very clean and spacious. Some issues with the air conditioning (at night only), a bit noisy outside (construction in the morning and patios at night), and no hot water one day (stayed 3 nights).
Stylish clean hotel surrounded by restaurants ”
Very stylish traditional hotel, beautiful old style furnishings. About 20 minutes walk to the main sight seeing area. On a large rectangular plaza, full of reasonably priced, good quality bars and restaurants, used by locals and visitors.
Charming and comfortable”
A real jewel of a hotel, staying here was the highlight of my trip through spain and portugal. Well situated and with helpful staff, you have the impression that they take genuine pride in their hotel. The room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable.
Excellent hotel with the best front office staff. They were so kind, cheerful, and helpful to give us great recommendations about tourist spots and restaurants and some of the other information that we needed to know. The hotel itself is also very charming with good amenities. Great location with restaurants and bars around and not far from the walking/shopping street.
isolated glass exists”
lovely hotel, beautiful room (junior suite) and friendly and helpful staff indeed. downside is that there is almost no sound isolation to the outside, making it possible to listen to the tons of people sitting in front of the place having beers until very late at night. solution: sit with them
Pleasant stay in Sevilla!”
The Staff was very friendly, welcoming the tourist in the lobby. I liked the spacious room, with many amenities to use. This hotel is definitely valuable for the money.
Mixed Review ”
Went for three night couple break. Location for us was great, room and hotel beautiful and exceptional clean with great shower and bathroom along with comfy bed. Mini bar in room and usual stuff but no kettle etc tray - but free coffee, staff won't tell you, left to find but not hard to find as by reception, nice to be told. Cannot comment on Breakfast as went out, two seconds away great place to sit outside and enjoy great cheap breakfast and delightful coffee. The down side - Staff okay but that is all and overall impression is they don't have much time for you which is a tad off putting as no greetings or willingness to engage about the beautiful location of Sevilla. Did not have one decent nights sleep due to the noise from inside the hotel, just awful so my advice is take earplugs or don't sleep in room 301 - my partner had little sleep in 309 either. I think they offer an evening meal and to this day still not sure if they do or not that is how little information you get.
Very clean, stylishly decorated.”
We initially booked standard room but it turned out to be extremely small you feel claustrophobic so we paid extra 20 euros per night for a bigger room. The hotel was very nicely decorated you really feel like you're in europe. Location wasn't too bad but it could be slightly more central. Room and bathroom were very clean and everything was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast didn't have a huge range but it was more than enough.
A good hotel with character ”
we paid for upgrade to suite since our original room has only a small window. The suite has three large windows facing the plaza, it is spacious. The hotel has character but it is a bit aged, same to the room. Location is a bit too North to major tourist location, but there are plenty of restaurants around, highly recommend Duo Tapas. Breakfast is ok with enough choice.
Amazing, beautiful place and very caring staffs ”
Absolutely loved this hotel! Very well decorated with nice exquisite details. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and caring, they really made our stay much more enjoyable! We’d love to come back.
Xlnt value-location, staff,bkft”
Xlnt loacation, bkft, walking close to hop on-off tour, take the green one, close to grocery store, flamenco,. Dont take the reserved taxi from the hotel to the airport. Ask for the rate first.
