Im happy with: 1. The location. -Near to town and near beach. Near with laundry, 7e, and near to everythinglah. 2. Our unit. -3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. we love the interior design, modern and the feels not like any other typical homestay. 3. Kitchen -got fridge, oven, its convenience for us traveller to cook late night. 4. Facilities ammenities. -my kid really love the swimming pool. Its not crowded, its clean, we spend most of the time here, most importantly they are no strict policies for the swimwear. Seronok lah. 5. Owner -owner is so friendly. Easy check in and check out. 6. Affordable -i compare with lots of hotel and homestay for 5 pax in agoda, this the cheapest one with 3 bedroom, where can u get like this for rm1××.00 WE REALLY LOVE OUR STAY AND DEFINITELY WILL COME AGAIN. for sure. really. ahh i miss malacca. the nightview, the foods, the historical place. Book the 3 bed room for our family of 8 with 2 young kids. The owner is very friendly, understanding and a smooth booking. The house was clean complete with necessity (only no cooking), location was great as travle distance to town was cheap (via grab booking). Will definitely be a place of stay when going for another family holiday to Melaka.

the apartment is strategically located at the city proper of melaka. everything we need is just a walk away. just right across the street is 711. then u walk further on the left side you will see a lot of restos and food chains. walk further on the right side you will find the malls. Victor, the host was very helpful and informative. when we checked in, he thoroughly explained everything and suggested places to go as well. he patiently answered our questions and gave me a number if we need taxi. his place is one of the best homestays i've stayed so far. it doesn't smell like old sheets (like some if the homestays ive stayed before) , everything is sooooo neat. i highly recommend staying at saffron stay melaka.

Nice Home stay”
This is a service apartment, therefore there was no food, therefore i have rated the food as 5. I stayed in 3 room apartment at the ground floor. The apartment interiors was very well done and was very well maintained. The care taker Victor was very nice and helpful. After reaching Melaka my GPS stopped working and he was nice enough to come and pick me from where i was stuck. I asked for a one vessel and induction stove to do some very basic cooking and he arranged for it in 20 mins. The apartment is less than 5 kms drive to Jonker street which is one of the main attractions in Melaka. There are convinient stores and fast food like mcdonald in close visinity from the apartment. The 2 things that i was disppointed was none of the rooms had a wardrobe and the swimming pool in the apartment was closed and there was no clue when it will be opened.In total good and comfortable stay and value for money.

Helpful staff and great pool”
We arrived very early in Melaka and our booked 3 bedroom apartment was not yet available. Viktor kindly offered us alternate accommodation in a brand new apartment in another building; the only down side was that it didn't have sufficient crockery or cutlery for 5 people and lacked some basic appliances. However, it's possible it wasn't finished and/or set up for guests. However, it was clean, the beds were comfortable and it met our general needs. It also had an amazing pool! One issue for us, as a family with children, was that the apartment was too far from central Melaka and we had to rely on Viktor to drive us to/from town (he was a most kind and helpful host). We enjoyed our stay at Saffron Stay and particularly enjoyed the nearby excellent noodle food stall but would probably choose to stay somewhere closer to central Melaka next time.

Clean, Neat and Great Location”
3 rooms apartment : all room equiped with aircons and it is clean and newly renovated. facilities : equipped with lcd tv, furniture and refrigerator. no bath towel and wifi provided. only 2 cars allow to park within the apartment area (2 card access provided) location : need car to roam around melaka. it is located within melaka town and near to tourist spot such as jonker street and dataran pahlawan. service : early check in is allow and check out on time.

Great apartment to stay in Melaka”
The general outdoor outlook when we entered the apartment complex was not very nice. But what a pleasant surprise when we entered Safron apartment itself. The whole place looked like a 4.5 star hotel ! The furniture, fittings and equipment's were all top notch. We also had a dedicated parking lot just outside the unit which was in the ground floor. The toiletries supplied were also good and we were pleased to see that the owner also provided electric mosquito vapour units at various locations in the apartment. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay at Safron when we return back to Melaka soon ..

Sweet & Clean home stay, has a little decoration for Merry X'Mas celebration. This home looks very new because owner will maintain it for every 6 months. For who is high requirement of clean environment can consider this owner. Good parking space for owner lot. Provide security system at main entrance. Good location that is near at shopping mall Mahkota Parade & Pahlawan Mall, Jonker Street, Melaka River Cruise, A'Famosa Historial Castle, Tower 360○ degree rotation ' Menara Taming Sari ' about 5 to 10 minutes drive to. 5 minutes drive to Famous Restaurant 'OLE SAYANG' Nyonya Foods, 5 minutes drive to seafood stalls at 'Portuguese Settlement', 5 to 10 minutes drive to Restaurant 'Atlantic 1' Nyonya food. The popular yummy 'CENDOL' is at 'NANCY's Kitchen' restaurant & Biscuit/Desert Shop names MEI ZHONG YUAN has sell yummy 'crispy LianYong with Yolk' & 'crispy Pineapple' biscuit at Jonker Walk. Last day check-out, owner had give a little gift for young children. For Key Collection, must let the owner know the arrival time with early before reach at there because owner need 15 to 20 minutes to reach there (Traffic Jam is considered). 1 bad thing is short of a shoes cabinet cum with door.
