Acceptable but needs improvements”
The rooms were clean and tidy. Wanted to use the pool facility but it was used as a swimming school for most of the day. Had about 30 kids in the pool at one time during the early evening while we stayed there. I noticed the hotel were probably more than half empty as we didn't see much guests in they hotel lobby or around the hotel. Our flight from ho chi Minh city arrived at 0630 am. Wish the front desk would let us check in early and assign us a room instead of making us wait at the outdoor dining restaurant for an hour. No sense in making guests wait for their rooms when they're readily available.

Good hotel (but not excellent). The rooms are ok (I rent 2 rooms for my family). The breakfast is quite good. I travelled by car and the hotel has free parking. I may stay here again.

Underwhelming ”
I stayed in this hotel for four nights in December 2022. That is a decision I came to regret since the very first day. I’m not sure where to start: beds were thoroughly uncomfortable to the point where I could not get a whole night’s sleep for 3 nights during my stay. Breakfasts were very average, coffee tepid and cold to the point where I decided to eat outside instead after my first day. During breakfast I asked one of the staff to make me an omelette and his response was a particularly aggressive: “What??” 😢 Other small details which made our stay one to forget: phone not working (fixed later), safe not working (apparently batteries were flat), pillows were mouldered which aggravated my allergies. Considering I paid full rates (I initially booked two rooms but cancelled one four days prior only to be charged the full amount on check-in) I was thoroughly underwhelmed and would not stay at Saigon Rach Gia again.

The stay could have been better. It is not the cleanest hotel a bit dirty. Also the hotel is quite hot with hallway and lobby not air conditioned and sometimes no lights on in the hallway which is quite not secure. The breakfast options were quite small and could use a revamp. There were people smoking all over the hotel even in the restaurant at breakfast, this should be banned at it disrupts the comfort of other guests. The staff should be trained to advise people not to smoke in the hotel.

A waste of money if you stay at this hotel”
This hotel is rated as 4 stars, and belongs to the top of the largest hotels in Rach Gia city. However, what I got here was not worth the price I paid, even extremely bad: - The attitude of the reception was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional, perhaps because we checked in late (after 9 pm) they were annoyed. There are many small details with the staff of this hotel that annoy me, I think they are all not worthy of the 4-star standard of a hotel - The room is old and the furniture in the room is not clean - My room didn't have hot water for the shower, I called the reception and got the answer to turn the shower on hot water, they think I'm stupid enough to not be aware of this problem? After enduring the cold for a shower, I called them up to confirm the problem and indeed the water heater in that room was not working. - The air conditioner didn't work, same with the hot water tank And after all, the next day, I really wanted to meet the manager of this hotel to clarify my problems but the staff member said he wasn't there and only came late in the afternoon when I left there. I do not believe that such an irresponsible and unprofessional way of working can make this hotel good.

Visited some family in Rach Gia after my wedding, and we booked 5 deluxe rooms. Had a mix up with one room where they put me and my new wife in a suite room. We went out to dinner and came back and they said they had to kick us out because the a/c wasn’t working. Finally they admitted the mistake and they called the manager who after a long discussion told us we could stay in the room. He came by the next morning to apologize and all was good. The hotel is modern, spacious, and the rooms are fantastic. It’s probably as good as you’re gonna get in Rach Gia. I didn’t see a pool or spa or anything, and the breakfast was sort of okay. The price is a little steep but it is what it is. Had a good time and I might come back one day.

The hotel located in the main road leading to Rach Gia city center so it is convenient to travel to harbor for Phu Quoc trip, to airport for Ho Chi Minh trip, and to bus station for trips to other parts of Mekong Delta. The check in and check out process is quick. They also allow early check in. The staff is quite friendly but not too hospitable, they often chat with each other while on duty. The room is spacious and modern, however, it is dark due to lack of light. The bathroom is large and has basic toiletries. Water pressure is strong. Hot and cold water is also available. The pool is average. The breakfast is tasty and contains many cuisine styles.

Nice Comfortable hotel”
I wondered this hotel might not be clean or good, because the review point was not so high when I booked. But it was much better than I expected. The room was clean and nice. One thing I would like to them to improve is breakfast. They served nice breakfast, but I expected buffet type breakfast. And unfortunately they had only Vietnamese Style coffee. I would like coffee what it's called in Vietnam as "Italian Coffee".
