I booked the hotel and on arrival allotted a dirty dingy room, without any window and so so smelly that my wife had vomiting sensation. Stayed only for 5 minutes to get the WIFI, which did not happen(since NRI did not have the local mobile data). We had to leave the hotel as my wife could not bare the foul smelling room. Got out and booked at Hotel Regent next to the Hotel. I have taken the photos of the Room and will share to customer service. Came back to check-out the hotel within 2 hours of check in.

It was dirty and not kid friendly. No space to shower. The floor was broken in many places. Mold in the bathroom. Dirty beds. Dose not fit the description at all!

services/amenities listed wasn’t available. staff wasn’t friendly and wouldn’t cooperate to accommodate something requested. i wouldn’t give any stars to cleanliness, staff, facilities but it’s required!!

Highly untrained staff with no facilities. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Though they had the card machine , but did not accept card payment and inasited to withdraw cash.

Please don't waste your money”
I booked for 3nights through Agoda,pre-paid,1st night miserable, couldn't sleep due to the variety of insect bites. Complained next day,got the sheets changed, so slightly better next night, but couldn't sleep till midnight,as neighbour kept his TV on ...and as the walls are paper thin it felt like I was sitting next to the TV. Even though I tried to blank out my hearing,on 3rd night I was overwhelmed bc cacophony of all four neighbouring rooms. After the first night, asked to check out and collect my balance advance.But the hotel refused refund as it had been pre-paid online.NEVER AGAIN AM I GOING TO THIS HOTEL OR BOOK THROUGH AGODA. P.S. oh! forgot to mention the food.... Medu- Wada for the complimentary breakfast that too only after 8.30 am, as the COOK doesn't arrive until then, and on the last i.e 3rd morning,even that was not available and ended up with cold Poha with cold tea. ZOMATO saved me from agony of going hungry every night.ZOMATO delivers right up to your room.
