Basic ammenities are well taken care of. Hosts are warm and helpful. Cheap, good location, but bit dissappointing”

I have chosen this hotel, because it has this excellent rating. The beds are not comfortable, the AC was to weak for a 12-Bed Room, and the shower and toilet wasn't that good. The Location is in the backpacker road, so convenient to reach everything for eat and drink. But also, as it is close to the busy street, it is noisy all the time. The staff is really friendly and I booked all my tours with them. Also every time I booked something, I got a free beer. All in one it is worth it, because it is a cheap location, but if you mind spend a few $ more, take another Hostel.

    Food, the service and clean.

If I have a change to go back to Viet Nam again. One thing is sure I will return. Waiters are very attentive, friendly and fun. Rental cost is not too high. Food and drink very good taste, especially is seafood fried rice...Oh god...yummmmy..... And the most important thing I want to share with everyone is : good security and very clean room. This is the ideal solution for a long trip away....Save money ... more fun...

    Does not Meet AGODA Rating”

Only one staff member is remotely friendly and inviting and he doesn't work all that often but he was lovely. The girl and the old guy were miserable. The guy sits on his laptop gaming and pretends to not speak English or very selectively does but if he really needs to he can perfectly fine. All the staff care about is making or saving an extra buck. The nice free beer each day was a lovely bonus though, and the wifi worked fine most of the time. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms were not as well maintained. They do have no smoking signs in the rooms but they have a permanent resident in the 6-bed dorm that was exempt from the rule so that was unfortunate that it was enforced for everyone but her. The bathroom was rarely stocked with toilet paper but was moderately clean. It is listed as air conditioned but don't expect air conditioning unless it's after 11pm and you have harassed them to turn it on for at least half an hour. There is one small ceiling fan in each room and they'll even turn that off during the afternoon WHILE people are napping in the room. There is an option to take a warm shower but the bathroom door doesn't lock so good luck getting privacy. There is a cold shower hose in the bathroom stall though and that door locks. This place is perfect for a one night, late arrivals stay but any longer and I'd suggest taking a look around the area as there's TONS! Also they do offer laundry but it's way over priced and I can imagine that most of the tours would be as well. I booked everything at other places as I'd rather give my money to someone who is pleasurable, welcoming and is actually happy and appreciative that I chose to spend my money there. And there's plenty to of places who are cheaper and much friendlier.

The A/C was inadequate for the room size. The bathroom only had one toilet and privacy there was minimal. The bed was comfortable enough. Plus, I had to leave early the next morning and the roll-up door on the ground floor was closed with no apparent way to open it. I waited until 7:00AM and then it was opened.

Better hostels out there for same $”

Not sure why this place has such high ratings. Room was fine (only two rooms, one 12-person female and one 12-person male) and staff were very friendly. Bathrooms were not great - a cockroach consistently poking its head out of the sink was definitely a deterrent to go in the bathroom at all. There's also one shower in the main bathroom area, but the door doesn't lock so used the shower head next to the toilet (not sure why the other shower is even there, tbh). There was also a woman staying in the room who kept smoking in the room and in the stairwell (there was a balcony, just go outside) but staff did nothing about it despite many people complaining. Kind of a weird place, wouldn't stay again.

The other reviews must be fakes, because this deserve no 9/10. The sheets didn't look clean, the guys bathroom didn't lock and the shower itself was of glass. Also their tours are way overpriced. Not sure if supposed to either flush TP or load up bin with smelly paper. Bedding clean, bathroom moldy, not a great shower, very little pressure - at least don't come out feeling dirtier than went in like some places. All and all - 5/10. Could have been way better if bathrooms were taken care of/maintained.
