Holiday Ease”

This apartment complex is perfect for a family, it has a nice little kitchen if you need to cook for young children, it has a pool for them to cool down, the staff are very friendly, it is well cleaned. It is also very close to a lot of the major attractions so we walked most places. There are plenty of food options, supermarkets and restaurants on the same street.We had a wonderful time for 10 days here when we were expecting it to be a challenge with kids. Highly recommend it for anyone unsure about how difficult it is to travel in Ho Chi Minh City. The traffic is the biggest challenge but that has improved immensely since I was here 15 years ago!

newly built serviced apartment with everything”

everything was good about this serviced apartment. Everything else, the hotel is able to deliver. There is everything in the room and the kitchen area is fully furnished with everything one would need. the night view at the rooftop is amazing and at this cost, there should be no complaints else. The Japanese restaurant AOI dining is really good and value for money. The only down point was the checking in as there was no-one at the desk on the day of my check-in. I tried calling the hotel number only to hear the reception phone ringing and there is no staff available. In the end, with my limited command of the vietnamese language and trying to use english that is comphrensible to the security guard at the serviced apartment, I was able to check-in. The security guard was the one who check me into the room. I was waiting at the front office for a good 20 mins and that is quite unacceptable. I was also unable to obtain the wifi password for my room due to the inability to communicate with the guard. However, everything else, the hotel is able to deliver. the night view at the rooftop is amazing and at this cost, there should be no complaints else.

Good location, average room condition”

I have 2 days vacation with my friends in HCMC for 1/1~1/2, we were attracted by the apartment's location which close to lots of tour visit spot and we love the balcony very much, the street view is good however, the apartment condition is not like average service apartment, it was security guard help us to check in which is wierd... and there is no bottle water provide in the room...for the size of room is not big for 6 people's room and too pricey to compare with other service apartment.

Not a good experience”

Uneventful. Not sure why it's named Service Apartment, as there was little to no service. Check-in was ok, because an English speaking property manager present to recieve me. Otherwise in the course of the stay, there was practically no one to assist. The security guys over the counter has little or no english abilities to comprehend what i need or ask. Common Bathroom was bad. After every shower, water floods the whole area beyond the shower area. Furniture and interior of the apartment needs updating. No complimentary drinking water. No phone to contact reception. No cleaning/makeup room services. For the price paid, it's just not worth the experience. There are better service apartments in HCM that has proper service. I won't be back.

Check in by security guard - no English but he always remembered my name and gave a happy smile - the only one who did during my stay Customer service hotline - needs to be better, there are no reception staff Apartment was at the rear which is probably good considering the traffic noise on the front of the building Recommend ask for higher level if available - probably have great view No internet on arrival arrived Saturday night took until Monday to get connection for apartment and even then it was not that reliable No information in apartment about local attractions, how to use things in apartment No amenities - soap shampoo water washing up liquid Towels small but adequate Do no be fooled by photos, the apartment has basic furnishings The swimming pool is much smaller than the photo - beware the tiled floor on wet days can be very slippery and some signage warning guests would be a good idea The gym - very low ceilings, so to use any of the equipment successfully you would need to be under 6 feet. Room cleaning - don't expect it to be done - ask to make sure it is done old fashioned wire coat hangers - great for a one star property Shower curtain kept falling down - pole is not fixed into the wall Bed was probably the highlight - brand new super comfortable Plenty of taxis pass by If I compared to Somerset - the is no comparison and they are pricing it around the same.

Saigon Pavillon Serviced Apartment”

Can be easy accessible to Ben Thanh Market by taxis. A Japanese restaurant is located just right below the apartment. The swimming pool is at the roof top but a bit small. The staff is very helpful when i request for SIM Card. They even offered to purchase for you.

Big, clean, comfortable ”

The apartment is new & clean … but without toiletries … have to buy own self. Good location for restaurants. Near to park and Ben Thanh Market.

Clean & Spacious Apartment for the Family”

The Apartment stay was comfortable. The rooms are clean and it is a good place for up to 8 people. The kitchen is quite complete and you can do simple cooking if this is something you fancy. The location is not the best though but it is in a quiet area with some local restaurants around it.

A very pleasant stay I would stay due the large and clean room and the friendly staffs. But I am very surprise that there isn't any complimentary mineral waters provided. I will have to walk out and purchase myself.

Our stay was excellent on many levels. However, if the guest plans to cook many meals, the kitchen equipment is quite limited. We would gladly stay there again.

The hotel pictures shown on the website do NOT reflect the true reality. Agoda failed to provide the correct information about the apartment. - The 3 bedroom apartment is tiny and very dark - Poor quality mattress without lamps - Poor drainage system (shower) It was a waste of our money.

Die Apartments sind geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr neu und gepflegt. Das Haus ist in einem perfekten Zustand und die Qualität wird durch aufmerksames Personal gepflegt.Man hat während seines Aufenthalts tatsächlich eine voll ausgestattete Wohnung , zusätzlich Pool und Fitnesscenter in HCMC, weniger ein Hotel, da man Selbstversorger ist. Ich würde mich immer wieder für diese Möglichkeit entscheiden.

まだ新しいアパートホテルで、室内はリビングダイニング、寝室、バスルーム、洗濯機ルームと分離しており、すごく広くて快適でした。少し歩きますが、コープマートもあり、必需品はすべてそろいます。基本調理具、食器もそろっており不足分は、フロントで追加で準備いただきました。

サービスアパートメントということもあり、部屋はとても広く、バスルームなども清潔でランドリーもあり、とても使い勝手が良かったです。朝食ないですがこの値段にしてはとても良いと思います。歩いて５～１０分の所にコープマートがあるのでそこで買い物は出来ます。ランドリーは洗剤がついていないのでコープマートで買うと良いでしょう。ちなみに蟻はいっさいいませんでした。

하루 여행으로 갔는데 만약 일주일 한달머문다해도 이곳에서 머물것 같습니다. 하루있기는 아까웠던, 시내와는 조금 거리가있지만(저는 오토바이를 빌려서 괜찮아요) 괜찮았습니다. 걸어서는 조금 거리가 있음. 깨끗한 시설이고 아파트였습니다. 수영장은.... 그냥 ㅋㅋㅋ
