location in a quiet spot and walking distance to the village and lifts - however the hotel shuttle was available at all times anyway beautiful stylish decor and comfort of hotel and rooms. excellent breakfast lovely staff - helpful and polite

The resort is very special. It is super cozy and the staff is friendly, polite and at the same time fun to talk to. The rooms are big and have a chimney. It makes you want to stay there all day. Food and cocktails are very unique and excellent. The spa area has all the amenities and more that one expects from a spa resort.

room was too noisy because next to the restaurant and under the main entrance. also the fireplace didn’t quite work right, too much smoke (yes, i’ve pulled the chain to open the small window)

The restaurant was very good. The wine list was extensive and the dishes and desserts exceed expectations. Breakfast was also very sumptuous. I had a great time at the pool after checking in, but even in late August it was a bit chilly! I recommend you to go to lake"bull"and "maen"nearby the hotel.

It's not the Hotel's fault, but I was surprised at how dry the room was.

One of the best breakfasts I have ever had in an hotel. Great selection and very generous quantities. The fresh honeycomb was a particular highlight. Without exception, the staff were all extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

The common parts of the hotel were all beautiful and tastefully decorated. However, although our apartment was very spacious and comfortable, the furniture was a little basic and the overall impression was a little chilly.

This place is fantastic. I highly recommend!

Everything else was absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations. The staff was the best customer service we had at anywhere we stayed on our 2 1/2 week trip through Europe. We are a Disney World family and expect a lot. They exceeded Disney-level service. The staff learned our preferred beverages for breakfast and dinner, made excellent wine recommendations, and had lengthy chats with us about life in the US vs life in Cervinia. They took a genuine interest in us. we arrived late our first night and they arranged for a private dining room with full service meal since we were too late for the dining room. Incredible gourmet food and wine selections. We stayed at 7 different places and this was by far the best. It was the most expensive but was also the most memorable and I would do it again in a heartbeat, and stay longer.

The only thing that didn't meet our expectations were the showers. The showers in each of our 3 rooms were different and most were not easy to use as a handheld wand. It's very hard to shower while holding the shower head.

Amazing experience. Everything was above expectations. Two points that made our stay really special - excellent restaurant and kids friendly environment.
