Very patient hotel owner who will explain what he has to offer.”
Everything is good. Just take note that there is no lift to high floor, so big luggage will have problem bringing up. It will be good if free bottled water could be provided daily.

Good value with nice views”
Hotel was under expansion and construction work but this didn't bother as it was only during the daytime. Room basic but clean and spacious with nice view to the bay. Reception is only small room but staff was helpful and friendly during my time. Hotel is in walking distance with Sairee beach, but for longer trips I recommend renting a motorbike or other means of transportation.

Consider alternative options closer to town”
I have a moral issue when a hotel charges fee for everything down to pillow case and ashtrays. My room had seaview but it was missing a step which obviously not the safest when you come home at night. Basically, they block off one large room into two smaller rooms and my room can be entered through the french glass door. It does require you to hop over the missing step to get to. Good luck if you are carrying a heavy pack or come back later. They want your passport or 1000b as deposit and deposit for everything else including charges for late night calls after 8 (or was it 10)pm. These fees are posted everything around the building on the first floor. A bit far from where all the hapenings so you'll need a motorbike from the pier.

Sorry guys, you are nice but the details are not.”
The staff was helpful and nice. But guys, you really need to improve your cleanliness on the beds and towels. They smell like bleach, it`s incredible. The bed linen is brown and definitely need replacement. The shower is warm, but you gotta wait for ages to make it happen. I had better hotels at a lower rate.

Bad”
Lost money $500 i. This hotel. Owner is not friendly, request to even charge for using toilet at lobby. Booked 6 pax room ( with 3 double beds), but only provide linen for 2 beds, and request to charge for the bed linen & blanket for 3rd bed. Overall bad experience and strongly no recommend to stay at this hotel

Bad, dirty hotel”
Close to the beach, 600m to 7/11 shop. Quiet location. Very dirty rooms with dust, hairs, dirty bed sheets and towels with spots. Bad smell in the room and bathroom. Very hard mattress in the double room and an awful old spring matress on the single bed on the triple room. Attention! Don't give them your passport if you rent a bike. They tried to charge us 18500 baht for bike damages, then the sum magically decreased to 11000, next morning to 9000. We went to the tourist police and they called a mechanic to estimate the repair fairly, so we ended up paying 4000 baht.
