Better than we expected”
You need a car to stay there and visit sites nearby. Don't expect any public transportation. The place is adorably decorated, the pool is nice (salted) with a jacuzzi. We changed our plans and stayed extra day spending half a day for a photo-session around the hotel itself. Besides, there are nice restaurants and tourist sites to visit in Kanchanburi. But we used it as a base camp to go to Erawan.

I nice place but”
Very nice resort with a country feel, quite location but only 5 mins into town by bike or car, hotel can arrange taxi if required. Bar and Restaurant on site, good food with plenty of choices. Rooms were clean and comfortable BUT the shower is not unto my standard, water was hot but shower head poor and had to stand in a bath, this was the one thing that let this place down. WiFi a little sluggish. I have travelled to Kanchanaburi many times and would stay here again.

Prachtige locatie”
Wij hebben hier 2 nachten verbleven. Dit resort ligt een stukje buiten Kanchanaburi, het is er heerlijk rustig. De accomodatie oogt wat verwaarloosd en is aan onderhoud toe. De schoonmaak kon ook beter. Wel erg vriendelijk personeel die ons te hulp schoot bij het regelen van vervoer. Zalig eten, geserveerd op een terras met prachtig uitzicht over een meer. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar oké.

セキュリティ的には日本人にあまりオススメできないコテージ”
クルマで行くことが前提のコテージ（カンチャナブリのホテルのほとんどがそうだと思うが）。浴槽があることを条件に部屋を探したのだが、部屋がやたらと狭い。また浴槽があるのはいいが水しか出なかった。窓に鍵はあるが閉まらない（泊まった部屋だけの問題かもしれないが）。夜中はスタッフがいないようなので、なにかあったときは自力で解決するしかない。深夜にエアコンの音が急にうるさくなって寝られないので電話をしたが誰も出ず。セキュリティが心配な人にはオススメできない。敷地の一番奥に朝食会場のレストランがあり、全面ガラス張りの窓から自然（田畑？ 草地？）が眺められるのはいい。朝食はブッフェではなく、何種類かのメニューのなかから事前に指定しておく形式。夜はレストランだけの利用客も多いようだ。味はおいしくかつリーズナブル。コテージ好き、景色＆雰囲気重視のタイ人からの評価は高いようだが、セキュリティを重視する日本人にはオススメできないと感じた。

ที่พักอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามตัวเมือง ต้องข้ามสะพานญาณสังวรมาประมาณ 5 กม. แต่ที่พักเปิดไฟสวยงามทั้งคืน รีเซ็ปชั่นเป็นเจ้าของเองหรือเปล่าไม่แน่ใจแต่น่ารักมาก ห้องพักลักษณะเป็นบ้านหลังๆ น่ารักมาก ถ่ายรูปสวยทุกมุม ห้องพักสะอาด ชอบเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นที่บอกอุณหภูมิ แอร์ใหม่ เย็น อาหารเช้าเป็นชุดเบรคฟาสต์ ไข่กะทะ หรือข้าวต้ม สั่งได้ ขอเพิ่มได้ แถมยังมีไลน์ขนมจีบ ซีเรียล ผลไม้สด คุ้มค่ากับการจองได้ในราคา 1000 บาทจริงๆ มีสระว่ายน้ำด้วยแต่ไม่ได้ใช้บริการ
