The hotel has weak wifi access, an ok room, and located within the industrial area. Which helped to accommodate guest, there is minimart besides to assist the need of the occupant. Other than that, I'd wish the hotel could be more decent to accommodate foreign guest.

Horrible security alarm triggered ”

The hotel is new & clean. However, the false security alarm triggered many times during midnight, non-stopping, & the hotel staff can't solve the problem. All of us were frighten & can't have good rest.

Value for money, room is clean and comfortable..they even provide Surau as the room space quite limited. kudos to reception staff as he allowed us for early check in since we have small children with us.

I was truly pissed with the hotel staff at the front desk. He was smoking when there's clearly a NO SMOKING sign on the wall behind his. He was rude and clueless about the check in process. The only reason we chose this hotel is the location is near my client place

1) ist room, aircond not function well. we add money to change room, the different is only the bed. 2) iron with international plug. no adapter provided. i cant use it. 3) no lift. need to use stairs. my room at 2nd floor. 4) telephone was provided at each room but no phone number direction. i cant contact reception from my room when i need to request for iron, need to go down by stairs.

i book a room with street view, but the staff refuse it and said the room is come with no window, if need the street view room have to pay for it.

Room are full of cigarette smell. Hotel staff unfriendly. Very noisy at night with people shouting at the lobby middle of the night. Don't even feel safe staying there especially with people shouting and banging the door. Unpleasant stay.
