An okay stay
Friendly and helpful staff, nice bed, clean
We only stayed one night. Room was small but clean. The air condition didnt work so they gave us a fan instead. They could also provide extra mattresses to make the otherwise rock hard bed very comfortable. Overall an okay stay but too expensive for what you get.

Very affordable and nice garden setting
Aircon, mini-fridge and towels smell so fresh and fragrant
Was excellent, after 3 nights at Tiger Hut coming to Salaphet Guesthouse was luxury. The very fragrant towels were my first positive impression. Good to have aircon, mini-fridge and water heater in shower. Garden setting looking out to mangrove gives this place a tranquil feeling.

Cozy budget guesthouse in nice location
budget, location, staff
I spent two wonderful days at Salakphet Guesthouse. Area is quiet and the locals are nice and friendly. Thanks also to the helpful manager. Salakphet is a little off the beaten track which makes it a nice place to spend relaxing days. Bicycle or motorbike needed to get around, but these can be rented at this place too.

A nice, peaceful place.
Peacefulness. Friendly Staff. Beautiful surroundings
A very pleasant stay at this guest house. We hired a motorbike and explored the local area. It is very quiet here, no bars or restaurants although there is a small shop. When we arrived at the ferry port, the owner picked us up in her car after we called her, this helped us avoid the expensive local taxis! I would stay here again for sure.

A bit too expensive for what it offers
Interesting, largely untouched part of the island. Friendly staff. Relatively clean.
Had booked for 10 days buy left after one week - closer to the beach. Good location to explore the south of Koh Chang, but the nearest beach 4km through the jungle. Rooms small and not too comfortable.
