Just a place to put your head.”
It's cheap and just a place to put your head for the night. Expect no more.

Clean, basic Room”
Lots of people are talking bad about the owner of the guesthouse. But get to know her better and you'll see she's very lovely and helps you with anything. I stayed here for 3 times in total. The room is very basic and small but it's clean and it has everything. The location is pefect, near to the nightmarket.

disappointed”
location just location..
I found out this isn't a hotel.. it's a little bit of everything. An internet cafe+a travel agency+a currency exchange. There are several rooms when you walk to the back door and they are super tiny. The room itself was clean but it isn't worth the money. There's a hotel called saccharine down the street, 2 buildings away, it's way better with about the same amount of money. The owners of the business seemed angry all the time. A mom and a daughter. Oh and since it's not a hotel they lock the front door after like 8 or 9pm. I had to wake the owner up every time I come back from a bar late at night. Very inconvenient.

Value for money in Luang Prabang ”
Comfy bed, very quiet and great location
We had a great stay here - very comfortable bed (not the usual rock hard type you get in SE Asia) the AC was a bit weak but to be honest it wasnt needed in november as the temperature was very comfortable at night. we had an upstairs room at the back of the hotel (4B i think) and it was very quiet. Would definately stay again

No window, no enough room light to read ”
location, internet facilities,
Location is good. If you are outside from early morning till late at night, perhaps this guesthouse is OK. If you want to relax in your room, then uncomfortable. Virtually no window, ceiling lamp only-not enough light to read whether during the daytime or at night.

Never again - wrong place, wrong time”
Location, location, location
Hit by the double whammy of a late booking and Chinese New Year we found ourselves paying over £25.00 for a cell of a room, with so little space that the only way we could fit 2 medium suitcases into the room was to keep them closed and place them at the end of one of the beds in our twin room. There was a narrow space between the beds just over a foot's length which contained 1 exceeding small circular table, the surface of which was completely taken up by the complimentary water bottles. Apart from this and the 3 inch ledge on the wall's half panelling there was no place to put anything eg clothes, books, drinks, maps etc etc, all had to be kept in the suitcases which had to be placed on the beds in order to open them. The only way we could fit both of us into the room was for at least one to sit on a bed. Access to the bathroom was via the small space between the end of the bed without the suitcases and the door to the room. Many electrical sockets were cunningly hidden behind the very heavy wooden beds. The shower room and loo was slightly more spacious and there was a small shelf on which to put a toothbrush etc. Unfortunately, this was on the wonk. I understand that at less busy times this room costs c£15 but, quite frankly, even that would be too much for us to relive re-enacting the life of a tinned sardine. We can honestly say we have never stayed anywhere in the world where we have so little value for our money. Plus points the room was cleaned daily, the bed not too uncomfortable and the guest house is central. Soap was provided twice in a 3 night stay but shampoo only on the first night.

Great location”
Comfy bed, good location, knowledgable staff
Probably the best hotel we've had in Laos. The hotel is on the night market street so there are plenty of restaurants and modern worldly conveniences around. We had the triple room with a single bed and queen size bed. The bed is very comfortable with fluffy blanket, soft mattress and pillows. The room is rather small but we were only there for a night and we were out most of the time as it was new year's eve so it didn't bother us too much. David, the guy taking care of everything speaks English fluently having lived in Canada for a while so it was very convenient to get information from him. He also operates some tours so it would it have been useful if he had choosen to go for one.

Location right on the main street in Luang Prabang. Close to restaurants, and what little night spots there is.

Please avoid!”
Just the location
We've being traveling around SEA for a while and this was the worst place were we stayed. The room and the hotel has a disgusting urine smell and the AC dripped over our heads.
