I really like this hotel..everythings here is wide”

my stay at this hotel is a best memory in Salalah. The room with kitchen is really comfortable and clean. Room size really big and the swimming pools is very nice. i enjoyed the breakfast with variety food and the restaurant also in a big size and very helpful staff. Its very fast check in and check out. I'm sure to come back to Sumharam Tourist Village when i visit Salalah next time. For info..at the beach side next to this hotel there's a tomb that local people said its belong to Nabi Yunus A.S... overall this is a best and value for money hotel!!

Nice hotel if u wanna save sm bucks”

It was a nice trip actually but i just deducted marks bcz i was coming straight from a 3nyt stay in a high class hotel ..otherwise u can get 3decent nyts at Samharam at d cost of 1nyt in a top class hotel...The challets are very spacious and perfect fr families.The kitchen had all basic things like spoons, saucepans, frypan, glass ,teacups etc Its like a home away from home :) samahram has a wndrful location,close to essentials and sights..if u want to stay out and explore the outdoor west Salalah AND save sm money too, go fr it! Dont miss Mughsayl beach and Ittin garziz..the best syts of west salalah. Enjoy ! :)

Exceptional”

Salalah is an amazing place and I highly recommend Samharam Village. April is not a busy time. The staff was accommodating and friendly; we asked for an iron and ironing board and they let us use it the whole week, which was very kind of them - if you need a hair dryer, you just ask for it. they gave us some water bottles every time they cleaned the room.The beach is beautiful and most mornings we could see dolphins passing by. There is a nice pool too, but be aware of the fact that there are no lifeguards for the pool or the beach - so be cautious, especially when swimming in the ocean. Breakfast was very nice; we ate in the restaurant a couple of times and enjoyed the food; not too pricey.

It was great experience at Samahram Tourist Villa. Rooms & washroom were big and clean. One thing which was missed most is internet connection in your apartment which should have been there.

Why stay in 5 stars hotel if you are going to spend most of your time outside the hotel? ”

Salalah in Oman has many beautiful spots. People are very polite and kind. Try the local food. Choose the correct time to visit as weather changes from season to season. In August it was not hot though humid. The negative part was that the sea was very rough so couldn't swim.

Ideally located near all major attractions”

Enjoyed the stay at Samharam. Would definitely return to Samharam on my next visit to Salalah. This is a three star hotel with clean and big rooms. The food was only average. Best part is the hotel is ideally located.

Value for money and comfortable stay”

We were a couple stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, chalet was very spacious equipped with all the amenities. Nice beach side view, perfect for a barbecue in the evenings outside the chalet. Big swimming pool, nice parking right at the entrance to the chalet and a lot of privacy were other features. Overall a very good experience and will definitely return to this hotel. P.S: Ask for a beach view ground floor chalet to enjoy your stay.

nice resort with spacious uncovered parkings. nice swimming pool, breakfast, map and guidance services, golf cart for internal transfer to take the breakfast from the chalets. wifi though was not provided for all rooms. kids demand wifi service. the hotel was full; however, reception staff tried their best to relocate me to a room with wifi accessibility. they were friendly and supportive staff.

Our room's AC was not working and it took them 1 whole day to replace our room. Also by 1 bedroom Chalet I always believed we will be given a room with connecting kitchen which was what advertised on Agoda in photos, however we were only given a room without kitchen. Although the property had spare rooms available as well.

OK resort hotel, needs updating”

Stayed 3 nights. good location opposite public empty beach, spacious and clean rooms, nice staff, big swimming pool, restaurant food just ok. First room given was dirty and dingy, after complaining were moved to a brighter cleaner room. At weekends, gets full of local families, who try and sneak in their extended families and friends, so becomes overcrowded, noisy with the kids throwing litter everywhere, even though staff try to check entry at the gate and clear rubbish daily, after the werkend the place transforms to a very clean and tranquil resort. Hard matresses and walls are so thin you can hear your next door neighbours brushing their teeth, so get some earplugs if want a good night sleep. Good value for money considering the relatively high hotel prices in Oman, but not likely to stay there again. Avoid at the weekends if you can.

Awesome place”

Awesome and great place for families. Location of the hotel amazing and with the beach attachment is a boon for beach lovers. However, efforts to be taken for cleaning and maintaining the beach clean. Love to come back again and again.

Worth what you pay.”

This property is a resort style hotel with a mix of individual chalets and small apartment style building. Its spacious and located close to the beach. The room 5060, we were allotted was clean and at the tip of the beach with good view, but the shower had a foul smell when you use the shower. Structures in the property needs some refurbishing, but if you are looking for some nice place to spend your night this could be your pocket friendly hotel. NO WiFi in the rooms. If you don't have a car, you might end up walking some long distance. Breakfast was good... no live stations. Was a bit crowded, since I was visiting during a peak season.

Exceeded expectations ”

This hotel was built 20 or so years ago and was initially residential villas in a gated beach community. Tho dated, we found the accommodations to be spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast was good and all the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is good to stay.”

We really enjoyed while staying in this hotel. The room was big size and the good things is the kitchen was attached to the room. There was rental of buggy car on the beach as well. Negative side of the hotelis there is no wife in the room. The wife was available only in the lobby. The location is really bad. There was not any supermarkets and restaurants around hotel. We had to buy our lunch and dinner from the hotel in a high price.

Nice stay but room amenities limited”

- Newly renovated room and comfortable bed - Not much visitors was hoping for an upgrade but none. - playground and facilities in the hotel a bit outdated. - friendly and accommodating staff - no coffee packets or extra towels etc

Very good”

The only thing which I didnt like both times I stayed here (in 2013 and 2018) is cleaning service is not up to mark as we have to literally call the reception for towels and things like that instead of staff putting these things by themselves after cleaning the rooms.

Great Place for Family ”

The hotel was OK, basically like a big house, specious and perfect location for our purpose, we travel for documentation project of our Events. The only problem was Wifi, we can only get the connection at the Lobby. The rest of the things are Excellent! we will come back

Good Location”

Stay at the resort was pleasant. Staff at the restaurant was pleasant inspite of being overworked. Breakfast on the first day could have been managed better - crowds were everywhere fighting for food.
