“Good Stay, But Not Halal-Friendly”
The hotel itself is quite nice and overall the stay was comfortable. The rooms, location, and general service were good, and I didn’t face major issues in terms of cleanliness or facilities. However, one important concern is that the hotel is not halal-friendly, especially for Muslim travelers. Even during breakfast, omelets were prepared by mixing non-halal meat and pork in the same pan. We requested a separate preparation, but the staff did not fully understand the request. As a result, food options for us were very limited. Another issue is related to the building-style rooms (not the villas), especially on the upper floors. The stairways are very narrow and steep, and at times felt unsafe. Guests staying on upper floors should be extra careful when using the stairs.
