relaxing place in a small town.. love the peace and quiet just need improvement on bathroom, shower head is falling down and water pressure is not grear but aside from but had a lovely night.

Excellent Staff”
I was really impressed by the loyalty of the workers to the owner of the establishment. Everyone had something kind to stay about their employer, and their loyalty is very genuine. I could tell because I talked to most of them (front desk people, gardeners, restaurant employees, etc) and each one had enjoyable stories about the hotel, the paintings, and those precious dolls. The staff made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. This hotel is perfect for those who love to hear the pounding of the waves at night and for those who love to take morning walks. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Needs Updating, Otherwise Great”
The hotel needs updating especially the interior paints in the room as well as its bathroom concepts, same goes for linens on the bed. We travelled as a family with small children and stayed 1 night as a stopover from Boracay back to Davao. We had family in the area of Kalibo and we didn't realized this was a bit of travel via tricycle to and from the city center. The front desk personnel was very helpful upon checkin and the process was swift. We were offered FREE shuttle to the airport for our departure the following, this was a PLUS for us. The room has signs of wear and tear over the years and the television set is outdated but my kids didn't mind. The breakfast selection was not extensive but sufficient for our needs, prior to our flight out. Will consider staying again to explore the area as we didn't have the chance to do this, IF we have more time in our future travels. Otherwise, we will consider another hotel if it's just to stay for the night prior to our flight :)

Below average room but good hotel pick up”
This is a family hotel and has a doll house and children facilities but they are quite run down. We arrived after 8:30 p.m. and the restaurants were closed. We bought two cheese buns from the reception for dinner. The hotel is old and the room can be a little bit noisy due to the sound of cricket. Staff is considered attentive and has arranged FOC hotel pick up to and fro Kalibo airport at our request.

Only recommend for short stay if you have no choice must overnight at Kalibo due to early morning check in next day. The place was abit quite at night.

Old, outdated, creepy christmas theme”
I'll never go back. It's far from services. Food is super expensive. The location next to the beach is great when compared to the loud noises outside most hotels in Kalibo. The place is really old, dirty, rusty, and for some reason the owners decided to go with a "everyday is Christmas" theme.. Their condition makes it actually pretty depressing. Then there's the doll museum right in the middle of the place. Seems like the owners wife came up with the idea. I There's an early 70's merry-go-round that takes up a lot of space. It's a hunk of junk. rusty old. right in the middle of the courtyard. The best thing about it is the location next to the beach. The sand is black and soft. not a lot of rocks.the pool is nice. there's a kid pool. but they ruined it like all the other places by overloading it with images of these christmas banners, angels, dolls. no theme would be a vast improvement.

This place should be torn down. It is in disrepair and has some of the rudest staff I have ever met. Do NOT stay at this hotel.
