Near all Cebu's highlight attractions
Very accessible, convinient for commute to all Cebu attractions. Location is quite scary as there are lots of hobo so better take precautions. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Easy to locate and with satisfactory accommodation in General.
One thing I am much concerned of in a hotel room is the comfort room and it was clean and spacious. Though the air conditioner was not that cold even it is on its maximum, yet the two nights stay was okay and comfortable. What I like also about the hotel is that it is located at the center of the city where you wont worry enough about the food you will eat because across the street is Mcdonalds and Mang Inasal. To my surprise, you are few steps away to Magellan's Cross, Fort San Pedro and to Colon Street, ( one of the oldest Streets in the histoy). The hotel has a Cafe where you can order something to eat for BLD and room served. Sadly, we have not enjoyed much their free WIFI service because it did not reach far to our room but good thing we have brought our own. :))

Misleading
It meets the bare minimum. I won't complain because it's cheap and it gets the job done, but the computer rendering they use for the advertisement is nothing close to reality. So it's a little misleading. But it is clean, the staff is friendly and it's very close to the Cross of Magellan. One last warning is the neighborhood is really rundown so it feels a bit sketchy at night.

Fantastic and was satisfied
I would like to say that I would stay again in Sampaguita Suites. The Receptionist, as well as the Security guard were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early and had a small but very comforting room with the view of the city. The location is perfect if you would like to see the historical places of Cebu like Magellan's Cross,Fort San Pedro, and the churches . It is also near to the malls, McDonalds and other foodchain and "pasalubong" outlets or store. The only downside is the water pressure But all in all , I had a very peaceful and satisfying stay in this hotel.

There are snatchers
The location is very good as it is accesible to tourist spots and pier. Though there are snatchers. I always notice street children looking for people passing by until one kid told me to be beware of snatchers in the area. The faucet is broken in the room where i stayed. The AC is sometimes working, sometimes its not, maybe its the power outlet.

Great if you're taking a ferry
I chose this hotel for an overnight stay because of its location near the ferry terminal. It's well maintained inside and the front desk staff is helpful. There's a nice park across the street, on the way to the pier, and magellan's cross is nearby, otherwise, you'll probably have to call a cab to get anywhere else in town.
