i travel with my family 2 kids 2 mom my maid n my husband.Before booking i leave the notes request need gound floor or 1st floor.when i was there after long hours driving i got an unhousekeeping room with garbage and garbage smell in the hotel.i understand at night no staff can accompany us to room but please give the right room.we are so tired to find another room.This is is my 2nd time here but this time the hotel not well maintain.i just love this hotel because its near to the beach i can see my childrean playing from the hotel..the food is average,if u hungry.
