It’s free to upgrade to bigger room due to extra bed needed. Staff are very kind and friendly. Place and location is good, nearby got restaurants just by walking distance. The important is nearby jetty to easy to take boat to island.

First of all, the hotel room is quite clean, though there are some stains on the bedsheet and some dust on the bedside table. Bathroom is clean, good water pressure and heater. Staff is quite friendly. They also have a water dispensing machine where you can get drinking water. However, considering the price that we are paying, we were expecting something better. There was no rack or wardrobe in the room except the back of the door, also no where to hang you clothes or towel in the bathroom either. The floor mat outside of the bathroom look dirty. The blanket is small and short, cannot even fully cover my whole body and legs (I am only 5' tall). The porch of the hotel front door got slightly flooded when we were there due to heavy rain, so it was quite disgusting to get your feet soaked in the water and then walked into your room. Just a very basic hotel to stay a night.

Just an old and basic hotel en route to Perhentian islands. Bedsheets has some stains, but the bed is comfortable though. Hot shower isn't hot. The only good thing is that it's very near the jetty.

The hotel is okay overall. I guess they need to improve on the facilities and the way the staff communicate with customers. If just in case your customers were not informed that they needed to bring down the remotes,then you can’t tell them to get up and get them. Don’t be so lazy!It is your customers you are talking to. I booked for two nights and I paid a high price. Please watch your attitude. I am your customer,not your colleague. The facilities are so-so. If the quality that you’re looking for,then it is not the place for you. If you are looking for a hotel close to the beach and stalls,then it is your place.

It’s very close to the Perhentian Island jetty. Thats it. Old furnitures and dirty floor. Bedsheet and pillows are not up to the standard. I have to put another cover on top to sleep better.

The room was very small, not enough blankets very uncomfortable bed. The only thing is the place is very very close to boat.
