Excellent villa, plenty of space and great outdoor area. Well positioned within the overall complex and good access to local beach, restaurants, bars etc. Kate (villa manager) was fantastic - so friendly and helpful throughout and made our stay easier and more enjoyable.

There was a power cut on NYE that lasted from 7:30pm until 4am. No lights, no running water, no AC. There is no backup generator for the complex so our evening was ruined

This villa is perfect for families or groups, my family of 2 adults and children didnt want to leave, the owner has thought of everything and the managing agent is there whenever you have a query. The location means you can get to everywhere in Samui with ease, then escape back to your own tranquil, private, luxury. We will definitely return next year, for longer!

we loved the villa. it was very comfortable and as a family traveling together allowed to enjoy relaxed time together. if we’d known how comfortable and nice it was we’d have stayed for our entire visit to Koh Samui and not moved to a hotel for the second half of our stay.
there were a few minor maintenance issues that required attention- missing bath and sink plugs, broken part in coffee machine and dirty BBQ.

Great villa and coupled with great design. Decent location and very accessible to a lot of the min spots in the island. The host was very courteous and provided all the support ( Gym key, BBQ emergency on final day, etc) Cleaning staff could slightly more professional (overstuffed and very punctual in the morning :() Overall a very enjoyable stay. Très belle villa calme et fonctionnelle , à 10 minutes d'une très belle plage ! Super séjour !”

La piscine et le jardin sont absolument fabuleux . La maison est spacieuse , fonctionnelle et décoré avec soin .
Dans la chambre principale la climatisation est assez bruyante et le lit un peu mou . Le coût de l'électricité en supplément est très cher , ce fût une mauvaise surprise car nous avions fait très attention .
