Room was dirty, wifi was not working, did not accept credit card, cleaning should have been everyday but they said they would clean the room once a week, the facilities were pretty worst than any other hotel I have been. I checked out after 1 day (reservation was for 5 days) and move into another hotel (cheaper, cleaner and properly managed).

This is not a 4 star resort as advertised! This is a 1-star hostel. This used to be a large resort that closed down and only a few rooms have opened up. The photos are from 10 years ago. All facilities are broken down. Our room had no warm water, no housekeeping, there is no lobby or receptionist, there was blood on the bathroom floor, cobwebs, ants all over, furniture was broken, the bedside lamp gave me an electric shock. Pool was green, light was missing with just exposed wires and it is a good 10 minute walk from the beach. No in room dresser, hairdryer, etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful - as are all Thai people - but this is not a 4-star place.
