The best place to stay in Roxas City”
Im thankful my husband suggested we book this place compared to the first one I booked. The place is very accessible and has all the best to offer in Roxas. It has nice, clean, and refreshing pools, situated near the sea (walking distance), nearby the best seafood restos in the city as well as 7 eleven if you need anything. This is the best place to go in Roxas. Btw, the city has only 10 taxis so get one while you are in the airport but if you are okay to ride a tricycle, there's a lot around the area. Thanks Agoda for this great deal.
Generally location & breakfast food is average same with cleanliness.
Place seems deserted due to the wide open area where it is situated. No guards at my time of check-in, and you have to be very close to see the staff at the reception. Just a description of the place. =) Excellent value for the money with all the amenities and staff helpfulness, breakfast and even airport service. Only complaint is the lack of AC wall plugs near my bed. Mini ref cant be plugged in since the bed is in the way. Better room planning is needed.
Roxas Trip ”
The resort is very near the airport, Baybay beach, famous seafood restaurants and short ride to malls and city center. Airport pick-up and drop-off van service is great. Nice and courteous staff especially the buffet breakfast group. It’s nice that they offer different breakfast daily. With swimming pool, lake and view. Appreciate that our room was always clean and cool when we came back from sight-seeing. Gonna miss the sounds of crickets, frogs and gecko lizard. We enjoyed our trip - did Roxas city tour, visited statue of sacred heart Jesus, cafe terraza, went to Panay for the biggest Christian bell and did the 3.5-hour travel to amazing Gigantes Island. Thank you for a great and relaxing stay. Hope to be back.
POOL RESORT NEAR BAYBAY ”
(+) across Baybay, Roxas City where you have a wide array of seafood restaurant (+) free shuttle to and from the airport (+) nice pool overlooking the lagoon (+) basic but huge room with tv and ref (+) hot and cold shower with basic toiletries (+) two resto available for your dining needs (-) mosquitoes inside the room
The staff were very accommodating and friendly...Diane, Fanny, Aiza , Reception-Jehra, and , Mr Losanta ( who recommended the place to my sister). I was even able to book catering service without any fuzz. They sorted everything I requested. Well done to you all and thank you . The downside is that I booked a deluxe room with patio for 4 people consisting of 2 adults and 2 children but only 2 were listed to have breakfast.
I stayed 1 night. room was dirty, dusty moldy and toilet not flussing..tel in the room isn't working have to walk to the reception at 7pm the guy said he will send someone to fix it but nobody came at 6am I went again to report the toilet and the lady said some one will come to fix it but again nobody came til I check out. Worst place ever. Not wort your money.
Staff upfront especially female, one whose name starts with “J” was not helpful with my husband as she kept looking down only giving short with answers. He felt she was not user friendly. If so, then don’t work the front desk because 1st impressions are important. She is lacking in these skills. When family came looking for us, she was short with them as well and not helpful when asked questions. Why give business to places that don’t seem to care for their customers? Therefore cancelled all upcoming reservations and moved to Hotel Veronica. Staff at breakfast was excellent...only saving grace.
I stay 2 times, when arriving and when return to Manila because is very near at the airport The room was spacious but too old; the room /cottage near lagune are bigger but not good with a little and bad bathroom. Better the rooms near the coffee and restaurant Felisa The place is very relaxing and the pool nice. Very good for children Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast poor for foreign
Perfect Hotel for Capiz Triaksyon”
Booked this hotel as it was near Baybay and was happy to find out that all activities pertaining to triathlon was held within the compound. Free airport transfer to and from the airport.
Good location! Walking distance to seafood restos!
near seafood restos. place is clean and quiet
Will return =)”
Excellent for couple
Very comfortable place...”
I was able to relax while staying there. The pool area was beautiful especially at night. The bar served awesome drinks and cocktails, service was excellent. The staff are very helpful. They even sent us to the airport at very early in the morning without hassle. I will definitely come back.
A great hotel in Baybay area”
The hotel is located along the north end of Baybay beach which is lined with numerous seafood stalls so if you're at Roxas City for seafood tripping then this is the best place for you to stay. The plaza area, on the other hand, can be easily reached by a tricycle. The hotel has great facilities including a pool, buffet breakfast is great and very filling and the staff is pleasing and accommodating. For it's price, the hotel is better valued for money as compared with the other hotels nearby, Airport transfer is also included in the price. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Roxas and I will definitely stay here again when I come back, maybe for the Sinadya Festival.
Relaxing and accessible”
Very near Baybay, where night life and seafood restaurants are located. The staff are very accommodating. The whole place in general is clean. We were not able to enjoy some of their facilities like the pool and the boating lagoon because we opted to rest for the weekend. Good for families as they have big rooms and lakehouses. They have a variety of breakfast items to choose from. Overall, the place is superb! I'd surely come back and book at the same hotel.
Affordable and neat”
My stay in this hotel came at the time I had issues with my card upon check in and had to adjust from my preferred room. Hotel staff (namely Irene and Jonan) were very understanding and helpful despite the issue. This is typical Filipino hospitality, and it's not only because of the neatness of the hotel that I will come back to stay, but because I know they do take care of their guests.
nice and comfortable stay”
the deluxe rooms were new, clean and comfortable unlike the other rooms, the best value for your money. There is a sofa bed if you exceed two, there's no need for extra bed. The resort is centrally located along the seafood restos of Baybay.
superior room is huge in size but very basic, with 2 double beds, TV (not LCD), and mini refrigerator. the towels were old and so does the beddings. i guess it's their old rooms, with a noisy aircon that will wake you up in the middle of the night.
Good value hotel, great location near the beach”
Lovely experience. Staffs including security guards are friendly and helpful. Location is great since its just across the beach. I love their thai restaurant. Overall the hotel is great value for money with free buffet breakfast. The only downside is mosquitoes in the bedroom
