An oasis of peace and beauty”
Great service and ambience, exactly what a weary traveler needs after the scrum across the lagoon. We were pleased from the courteous greeting at the dock to reception all the way though to our leaving. The Palace itself, the grounds and the rooms are elegant and comfortable. We especially enjoyed our dinner at the pool restaurant. The "Ladies in Red" and all the staff were helpful thoughout. Definitly a five star stay.

Quiet and beautiful”
It is a great location away from the crowds and surrounded by beauty, calm and luxury. The staff, reception, concierge as well as bar and housekeeping, are all very courteous and willing to honor your requests. The boat shuttle makes it easy to get on and off San Marco. I would highly recommend it for couples, families and small groups.

Great great great but the room was a bit small”
Location, ambience, pool, food, and shuttle
It was great to be in a seperate island from smelly, mosquito overwhelmed Venecia, especially for the shuttle runs quite late, it was very convinient too. My husband and i loved it. They even deliver our backpacks. Just onething though, the staff could have warned about the Vaporetto strike, so we wouldnt have missed the trian. We had to stay in a hotel after missing the last train yo milano at 7:50

the best way to discover venice”
arquitecture, service, location, helpful staff and a well cared hospitality product
better breakfast for international variety of clients
the hotel seats on his own island, making his location unique. the hospitality and design elements have respected and integrated the grandeur of the arquitecture of the building. the service is excelent even in the difficult winter time. the staff is very helpful and show a proper respect for the clientele. the restaurant works well to give a five stars cuisine. only a more extensive breakfast for nationals of different origin will be the most.

free shuttle to Venice
service needs to be improve
the first night: water stream to bath was not working. The answer from reception was: Basicly one system is working, so we have to be happy with a shower. the third night - basic problems were solved - missing complimentary - as a water and cofee/tea - basic standard for 5 star hotel - personal weight - just as decoration-not working in any room
