Small but lovely hotel”
I will stay at the same hotel when I visit Firenze. The room was so lovely and perfect with good window view. It was located in the center of Firenze, so that I can reach anywhere easily. But from the train station, it was a little bit difficult to find the place because the hotel is small and the hotel sign is too small.

A nice hidden hotel in a beautiful city”
The hotel is in the centre of Firenze with most of the attractions right at your doorstep. The staff were excellent and friendly and the room was very comfortable with a character that lets you feel the life of the city. Overall a very good choice if you are going to Florence.

Shh!! Keep this Treasure of a Hotel a Secret ”
Our stay was at the San Frienze was relaxing and comfortable. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with healthy options as well as some "blood sugar burst" choices. Moreover you could take as long as you liked over breafast, planning your next amazing day. Our air-conditioned room was on the 4th floor looking out onto the piazza-what a view!! Yet you were undisturbed by any noise if you chose to close the windows. The room was kept impeccably clean-towels and linens changed daily if required. WiFi was free but it woild have been good if there was TV access to one or two English speaking entertainment channels (maybe a pay per view film channel). There are a couple of further suggestions to develop the room-we realise that our room was for two people and we did request a large bed (which was luxuriously soft) but it would have been good to have the space for an armchair or small sofa in the room, just to relax at the end of the day and-don't laugh-a waste paper bin in the bedroom, in addition to the small bathroom bin would have been helpful. Try to keep this hotel a secret as everyone will want to stay there!!!!

the hotel is quite nice but the room is newly decorated so still with a smell. generally speaking, the staff are very helpful and the breakfast is quite nice. the water is wonderful for bath.

Wonderful location within easy walking distance of major sites. Staff were very helpful and friendly , and , amongst other things made the parking of the car very simple and easy (which was most appreciated! ). Surrounded by many restaurants and trattorias. Room was very comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast was good with a variety of food offered. Would stay again.

the hotel was great, really. it's ideally located. the front desk are super friendly. it's quite new so expect a few minor 'um..' and 'whys..' but apart from very very very minor details. it's perfect.

Perfect location so close to all major attractions. The staff were outstanding from start to finish. Room was amazing, big comfy bed, Great shower, Excellent wifi, walk in wardrobe. Only negative is that there was no full length mirror.

staff is super helpful and friendly. Nice experience speaking to them. They will help you with any problem or query. Room is of comfortable size. Clean and they are very sweet to give us candy each day after cleaning. Location is not bad... Walkable to train station and many restaurant nearby.

The hotel itself is wonderful. Very clean and very inviting and helpful staff. Its in a very nice central location within walking distance to all the major sites. There are plenty of restaurants and shops just outside the door in Piazza San Firenze. Although the Piazza gets very busy we had no problem with noise and our room was on the 1st floor. I highly recommend this Hotel. This was our 2nd time here and we loved it
