Where to stay in San Francisco International Airport
San Francisco International Airport hotels & accommodations

The facility is good for a short stay in San Francisco. The room are clean and spacious, but the cost is a bit on the high side. Then again, this is San Francisco; it seems that everything is over-priced. This hotel also includes breakfast which is decent and not those coffee and donuts only (called continental breakfast). It is near to freeway entrance and exit th...

Spent 3 nights in the hotel on a business trip. Hotel facilities were well done post renovation. Room has contemporary feel. Easy access to the airport by shuttle or rental car. Not much to do around hotel so need a car to make a stay productive. $30 overnight parking fee is stiff but is approximately comparable to other hotels in the area. Surrounding area of Burling...

Very nice hotel. Room was spacious, bathroom had nice facilities, and more importantly it was clean! Staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Two downfalls are that the carparking fee of $25 per day is quite steep as there is no other place to park within the area and the other downfall is that the hotel is quite far from San Francisco city. Nevertheless, the h...

Th e Coyote Point Best Western was a great addition to our itinerary. The hotel was reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful in booking us another night when our vacation plans fell apart on us on one leg of our trip. They also had a wonderful breakfast. We found them to be very convenient to the airport and downtown San Francisco.

I stayed here for a night at the end of a trip. So glad I picked it. Hotel shuttle from the airport was easy and had fast check in. Room was far more spacious than I was expecting. Bathroom was tiny but not spending hours in there so doesn’t matter. The bath was lovely though. The staff were very friendly and polite. The menu at the restaurant was varied and all looke...

Business Suite is great size with conference room table and whiteboard (with dry erase pens!). Overall the room itself is clearly not new -- loose face plates on the power outlets, loose handles on drawers -- but serviceable and clean. Kitchen had full sized refrigerator with freezer, microwave, stove/oven and mini dishwasher along with all the plates/utensils, etc. ...

We would definitely select the Comfort Inn and Suites at San Francisco Airport North on our next trip to California. We were very pleased with the helpful staff, pleasant surroundings and nice restaurant selection nearby. The free airport shuttle was very punctual, convenient and helpful.

Being an old hotel is not always a bad thing in a high tech city like San Francisco. The rooms and bathroom are much bigger than the normal room. But things like WiFi can be slow. There is also lots of paid parking if you drive. The check in and out is efficient and staffeta are friendly. Food is not great but Ok. This hotel has an airport shuttle so it is also conve...

it is located within minutes of drive from the san francisco international airport. the hotel staff is good. it has a very clean, simple and quite spacious room. it comes with a simple american breakfast, toast, yogurt, ham, cheese, etc. i wont say many choice, but a fine breakfast.

The Double Tree at SFO is a nice place to spend a long layover. With easy access via the airport shuttle, it's very easy to get to and from the airport. This means you can easily take the BART into San Francisco from the airport and get back to the hotel with easy. The rooms a spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. Would definitely stay here again if I have ...

I picked this hotel because of location, airport shuttle facility, comfort and pricing after reading the reviews. I only stayed one night, arriving after midnite and had to catch a morning flight the next day to return home. I had spent 3 weeks in the US, arrived in San Francisco at the start of my trip but stayed in a different hotel. All I can say is I will return ...

Clean, comfortable and good sized room. Though it is near the airport, there is no noise at all. Free breakfast with cereals, cook you own waffles, fruit juices, coffee, decaf coffee, fruits (apple and bananas) and little cupcakes. Bus stop is within 100 yards. Take to BART station then into the city. A good location if you do not mind the travelling to get into ...

We had a nice stay at Aloft San Francisco, and were pleased that it was incredibly clean (basically brand new), and very close to the airport. We also booked car parking thru QuikPark and were happy to realize that the lot was there at Aloft! No need to transfer our stuff in the morning. We requested an accessible bathroom so that we could have our baby in his crib in ...

Radisson Hotel provides free airport shuttle to and from San Francisco International Airport. Very convenient for us with early flight out of San Francisco the next day. The room was very cozy and was good size too. The beds were amazing with electronic sleep number where you can adjust the softness of the mattress electronically. Bathroom amenities were complete e...

The hotel room is really nice, while the location is closed to San Francisco airport. I found it very convenient if you need to wake up early to catch an early morning flight. Staffs are helpful and very kind. Internet connection is the only disappointment, the connection is unstable so this hotel is not recommended if you need to use the internet for work

The hotel is so clean with hassle free check in. It has shuttle service to/from San Francisco International Airport. Just don’t use your debit card for the deposits as you may not have it refunded unless that you report to your bank and they will be the one to contact the hotel. Don’t believe the front desk personnel if they will inform you that it will be credited bac...

Spent a few days in Hyatt House, booked a 2 bedroom suite for 6 people. The vicinity was beautiful and it is about a 15-20 minute drive to the airport. Breakfast was provided, and Hyatt House has facilities with a 24 hour gym and a laundromat room. Will definitely book Hyatt House again!

We stayed for one night before a long-haul flight. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, and if there was a little scuffing on some surfaces, it didn't detract from the overall comfort of the room. Our room was quite quiet despite the proximity to the airport. Unfortunately, our view was unattractive (mainly over a drainage ditch and a roof), but a...

I have stayed at embassy suites sfo waterfront hotel many times in the last 10 years. This was my favorite place to stay until 3 years ago, when i asked front desk staff why my room was so hot no matter how cool i set the thermostat in my room. I was told that the airconditioning system did not work well and there were no plans to fix it. I stayed at embassy suites aga...

This was a great hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The housekeeping was impeccable. The only problem I had, which is not the hotels fault, was that it is NOT in San Francisco . South San Francisco is not the south side of San Francisco. It's another town.

I stayied at the Red Roof Inn hotel for three nights. I must saying i am really satisfied for all there. The personal was helpfully and courteous, good food at the restaurant and cheap. About my room, i must saying everything was okay, the internet connection worked good for all the time i was there. No noisy on the night. Plus, is near at the airport, good for transf...

The hotel provided everything we needed - a stopover for a few days in a convenient location. Ten minutes' drive from SFO airport, ten minutes' walk from San Bruno Caltrain station (for a trip to San Francisco taking 20 minutes and costing $3) and five minutes' drive away from a variety of local restaurants and eateries, we were never far from what we needed. The roo...
Cheap places to stay in San Francisco International Airport

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel. Also that there were amenities, microwave, fridge, blow dryer, iron/board, etc. The breakfast was pretty decent too. Greek yogurt! Who does that? Even the 4 star hotels only do Yoplait usually. It looks a little scary on the outside and it's in the Cow Palace neighborhood, but we loved it for the price. If yo...

Okay as a young female solo traveller who likes nice things but can compromise, here are the good and bad: BAD: $12 a day for parking that isn't even security parking, it's just outside hotel in an open area, near street. GOOD: The bed and sheets are very clean and so comfy. BAD: The washing sink is outside bathroom, near front door a little weird but works fine. GOOD:...

This is an OK hotel. Certainly nothing special. The rooms are small and older but they are clean and all the essentials work. The wireless internet connection was slow as a sundial. The breakfast was nut bread, coffee and cereal. Overall if you are just on a one night layover its OK. It is a long way to all the attractions of downtown San Francisco. This is for tra...

I really thought for the price I was going to be missing something but the reality is it's a two-star Hotel and it is exactly what I expect out of a 2-star hotel. The room was clean. The amenities were as described. The parking was right in front of the room. The location was great. It wasn't the Ritz-Carlton but I wasn't paying Ritz-Carlton prizes. It was perfect for ...

Comfort Inn Redwood City was our first hotel stay during our 8-day visit to California. Smooth driving from the airport to the hotel. The parking lot is spacious and clean. No parking fee. Room access cards were ready upon arrival. Everything in the room was spick and span. Wifi speed was acceptable. Breakfast spread was good and feel fresh. Access to neighbourhood st...

We arrived at San Francisco Airport late at night and were picking up a hire car the next morning to head out to Yosemite. The Holiday Inn Express Airport North was conveniently located for both getting to the hotel from the airport and also for getting to the hire car centre - very close.

i stayed here for four nights while attending a conference in san francisco. the hotel is a 10 minute drive from both sfo and the south san francisco bart station, which is convenient. the staff were friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable. my only complaint is that the water pressure on the shower was quite weak. otherwise, i enjoyed my stay here and would...

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic view. Near the airport and easy to get around with the shuttles that brings you to nearby town with cafes, shops, etc. Albeit a few hiccups during check in, staff were quick to rectify and ensure everything was in place. I chose to stay at The Marriot due to the level of service I expected. The prompt and professional service by the sta...
