The facility is good for a short stay in San Francisco. The room are clean and spacious, but the cost is a bit on the high side. Then again, this is San Francisco; it seems that everything is over-priced. This hotel also includes breakfast which is decent and not those coffee and donuts only (called continental breakfast). It is near to freeway entrance and exit that make traveling to down easy for a short excursion. The hotel also provide free shuttle to San Francisco International Airport. We asked the front desk clerk for a room with view, but received one with the building's infrastructure right in front of it. This is the only disappointment we have. Overall, this is a fair hotel given the price charged. For the same price, we would recommend the Westin Hotel which is just down the road.

Spent 3 nights in the hotel on a business trip. Hotel facilities were well done post renovation. Room has contemporary feel. Easy access to the airport by shuttle or rental car. Not much to do around hotel so need a car to make a stay productive. $30 overnight parking fee is stiff but is approximately comparable to other hotels in the area. Surrounding area of Burlingame, Milbrae, and San Bruno has many dining and shopping options. Would stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Room was spacious, bathroom had nice facilities, and more importantly it was clean! Staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Two downfalls are that the carparking fee of $25 per day is quite steep as there is no other place to park within the area and the other downfall is that the hotel is quite far from San Francisco city. Nevertheless, the hotel is really nice and definately worth the money. I would still rate it 4-5/5.

I stayed here for a night at the end of a trip. So glad I picked it. Hotel shuttle from the airport was easy and had fast check in. Room was far more spacious than I was expecting. Bathroom was tiny but not spending hours in there so doesn’t matter. The bath was lovely though. The staff were very friendly and polite. The menu at the restaurant was varied and all looked delicious. Will definitely stay here again if in San Francisco.

Business Suite is great size with conference room table and whiteboard (with dry erase pens!). Overall the room itself is clearly not new -- loose face plates on the power outlets, loose handles on drawers -- but serviceable and clean. Kitchen had full sized refrigerator with freezer, microwave, stove/oven and mini dishwasher along with all the plates/utensils, etc. you'd need -- even a lettuce spinner! Extra closet, nice sitting room with tv visible from conference room table. As close to staying in an apartment as a hotel can be. No nearby grocery store, though, that I could find. I had brought my own food and drinks due to special diet so it was very convenient for me. Free breakfast had pancakes, frozen breakfast burritos, fresh bagels, various cold cereal options, instant oatmeal, packaged muffins, fresh apples and bananas and fruit cups along with regular and soy milks. Double sink bathroom with shower and tub. I was very comfortable.

Being an old hotel is not always a bad thing in a high tech city like San Francisco. The rooms and bathroom are much bigger than the normal room. But things like WiFi can be slow. There is also lots of paid parking if you drive. The check in and out is efficient and staffeta are friendly. Food is not great but Ok. This hotel has an airport shuttle so it is also convenient for those coming from airport. But once on hotel, there isn't much activity just outside the hotel.

The Double Tree at SFO is a nice place to spend a long layover. With easy access via the airport shuttle, it's very easy to get to and from the airport. This means you can easily take the BART into San Francisco from the airport and get back to the hotel with easy. The rooms a spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. Would definitely stay here again if I have a day layover in San Francisco.

I picked this hotel because of location, airport shuttle facility, comfort and pricing after reading the reviews. I only stayed one night, arriving after midnite and had to catch a morning flight the next day to return home. I had spent 3 weeks in the US, arrived in San Francisco at the start of my trip but stayed in a different hotel. All I can say is I will return to this hotel on my next trip to San Francisco.

Clean, comfortable and good sized room. Though it is near the airport, there is no noise at all. Free breakfast with cereals, cook you own waffles, fruit juices, coffee, decaf coffee, fruits (apple and bananas) and little cupcakes. Bus stop is within 100 yards. Take to BART station then into the city. A good location if you do not mind the travelling to get into the city. There is a free shuttle to the international airport.

We had a nice stay at Aloft San Francisco, and were pleased that it was incredibly clean (basically brand new), and very close to the airport. We also booked car parking thru QuikPark and were happy to realize that the lot was there at Aloft! No need to transfer our stuff in the morning. We requested an accessible bathroom so that we could have our baby in his crib in there... Aloft provided a real crib instead of a portacrib, which was clean and also seemed brand new. While our room was very insulated from any hotel noise, it was definitely in earshot of the airport runway so we did hear a few planes land and take off over the course of the night....only 2 were really noticeably loud, and not very annoying. In all, a pleasant stay and very easy to get to the airport.

Radisson Hotel provides free airport shuttle to and from San Francisco International Airport. Very convenient for us with early flight out of San Francisco the next day. The room was very cozy and was good size too. The beds were amazing with electronic sleep number where you can adjust the softness of the mattress electronically. Bathroom amenities were complete except for toothbrush kit. In our floor was Ice vending station and soda vending machine near the elevator which makes everything convenient. The reception was friendly and very accommodating.

The hotel is so clean with hassle free check in. It has shuttle service to/from San Francisco International Airport. Just don’t use your debit card for the deposits as you may not have it refunded unless that you report to your bank and they will be the one to contact the hotel. Don’t believe the front desk personnel if they will inform you that it will be credited back immediately. My bank was the one who contacted the hotel and credit was make for about 6 weeks.

We stayed for one night before a long-haul flight. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, and if there was a little scuffing on some surfaces, it didn't detract from the overall comfort of the room. Our room was quite quiet despite the proximity to the airport. Unfortunately, our view was unattractive (mainly over a drainage ditch and a roof), but airport hotels are mainly for sleeping anyway. Location is very good: there's an In & Out Burger just over the overpass (about a 10-min. walk) - with a BART station just across the road - and a couple of grocery stores about a 20-min. walk away. The free wifi in the lobby is nice, though obviously, it would be great if it were available in the rooms. The staff is helpful about storing luggage and answering questions. The free shuttle has an excellent schedule. If we have cause to need an SFO airport hotel, we would choose The Westin again.

I have stayed at embassy suites sfo waterfront hotel many times in the last 10 years. This was my favorite place to stay until 3 years ago, when i asked front desk staff why my room was so hot no matter how cool i set the thermostat in my room. I was told that the airconditioning system did not work well and there were no plans to fix it. I stayed at embassy suites again march 9-12 and asked again about the airconditioning system. No repairs and no plan to repair. Again my room was uncomfortable. I fixed the problem by staying at the crown plaza just up the street from embassy suites san francisco waterfron hotel. Airconditioning worked great, two real beds in the room, ose to tje airport and cheaper than embassy suites. I will not stY again at this hotel until they fix their aircondtioner. I dont think they will as fromt desk staff told me management forbid them to talk to guests about the problem

I stayied at the Red Roof Inn hotel for three nights. I must saying i am really satisfied for all there. The personal was helpfully and courteous, good food at the restaurant and cheap. About my room, i must saying everything was okay, the internet connection worked good for all the time i was there. No noisy on the night. Plus, is near at the airport, good for transfers because there is a shuttle bus service. There is also a bus to go to the shopping malls in Burlingame, restaurants and you can get the train to visit San Francisco.

The hotel provided everything we needed - a stopover for a few days in a convenient location. Ten minutes' drive from SFO airport, ten minutes' walk from San Bruno Caltrain station (for a trip to San Francisco taking 20 minutes and costing $3) and five minutes' drive away from a variety of local restaurants and eateries, we were never far from what we needed. The room was clean and very well appointed, and breakfast was satisfactory. All of the staff members we dealt with were excellent - I needed a package held for me, and they were more than happy to oblige. Altogether, an excellent hotel for travelers wanting all the convenience of San Francisco and its airport without the price tag to match.
