            Great service!”

            Their room was clean and amenities were new. I had a room near the elevator and sometimes I would hear sounds when ppl get on and off the elevator but that was not bothering as it was overall a quiet stay on Christmas when the hotel is packed. Only thing that bothered me was there was a festival and fireworks started to lid up the sky at probably 7 which meant I heard noises of fireworks every hour from that time in the morning. But it's my bad not to research about Kaohsiung better before planning my trip. The service at the hotel was marvellous! Its even better than Shangrila Kaohsiung. The front desk staff was nice and helpful and gave me friendly smiles every time I approached them, before and after check out!

            Great location. Beside big shopping mall”

            Although is not a 5 stars hotel, the location is excellent. It is next to a big shopping mall and Tayih Landis is just beside it. Compared to Tayih Landis which cost twice of San Juan, i think San Juan would be the obvious choice if you are not fussy with the facilities. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly, room size quite decent Breakfast is normal. I will choose to stay here again if i ever come back to Tainan.

            Very friendly staffs, the room was big & clean... Toilet very clean with very nice herbal shampoo and shower foam... superb location... excellent sunset view from hotel mini balcony... I will recommend to stay around this area as bus stop are also nearby... one thing I am not very satisfied was their bfst style as you need to collect it yourself at the reception every morning by 8am that early... hence we did not have any of their bfst as it was too early, If not everything was perfect...

            Staff were helpful, wifi was fast. Room was clean. Only negative was the room a/c wasn't cold enough.
