In general not a bad hostel, okay location, and super nice staff but would need some renovation (for the bathrooms). Also, there's no ladder, so you have to push yourself up on the higher bunk beds, that's a bit weird haha

Super Basic”
Cheap. You are paying for a bed and that's it. WiFi is skittish. Bathrooms are just passable. No lockable storage. Kitchen is paltry with not much room but you can cook. It has a low price point so expect a bed and not much else.

Wouldn't go again”
This was originally a hotel and it has been transformed into a hostel in a very poor way. In a room were I supposed in the hotel would sleep 2 people, now they sleep 6. The first time I arrived my balls dropped to the floor. Also they charged me 3.5€ more per night and person, without the possibility of paying with card. Positive things: - They mop the rooms everyday - You can take some fruits from reception - Sympathetic receptionists - If you're lucky you can meet cool people in your room Negative things: - One bathroom for six people - Small room for six people - Lack of ventilation due the distribution of beds - No common area besides "kitchen" - Kitchen too small and poor equipped - Just one under sheet for the bed - You have no key for your room - No lockers - No desk or shelf for your things - They probably don't change the quilt between clients - Some people are living there so it doesn't invite to meet travellers

When I went to San Lorenzo it was closed and they move me to another hostel, which is not clean, has no good view, and the administration and kitchen are in the 1 room which is strange. I don't recommend

Can give it a miss”
I got a good deal on Agoda. However, the original price is too much compared to how the hostel is maintained. The staff is a little overfriendly, which makes you feel they are faking for a reason. At night a big family was loudly talking and giggling with the staff, least expected from a staff member to be a part of it at 12 in the night! Location is quite far from places to visit, station is walkable though.

There was no staff at this hostel! When we called them, they asked us to check in at another place, which later bring us to another hostel again! Totally different from what we expected originally!

Arrive at the place at around 1 am the réception ask me to pay where i aldready paid my reservation via internet. Then after he have to send me to another hôtel in the middle of the night because he said the bathroom in the stablishment is broken he gave me the name of the other stablishment name roma expérience. He told me it was near and i can go by foot at the i didnt find the place i got lost in the middle of the night and i was soaked wet because it was raining à in the end i have to take a taxi and arrived at place rome experience hostel at around 4h30 in the morning i had a very bad experience réceptions are not very Nice too!

Hotel surbooked !”
The Hotel made a mess with the reservations and they send me to the Roma Experience hotel which was so badly position : behind the train station and the tram exchange. I even went to sleep in a 8 bedrooms room while i did book a 4 room bed. They told me that the Hotel suffered a fire but the next day, they said to a client that they had a plumbing problem...
