Requests for late arrival are subject to a surcharge of EUR 50 and must be confirmed by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 00:00. Your apartment could be located anywhere in the San Marco or Castello district in the historical centre of Venice. After completing your reservation you will receive the contact numbers of San Marco Apartments representatives. Please remember to call 7 days before your arrival to communicate your arrival time and schedule an appointment with a representative at the check-in point located in Piazzale Roma. At check-in you will be given the keys and more information about the apartment. Should you need to change the meeting time, please call the same numbers at latest 3 days before arrival. A deposit of EUR 250 is due at check-in and can be paid by Mastercard or Visa. It will be refunded at check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that cash payments of EUR 3000 or above are not permitted under current Italian law. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Santa Croce, Piazzale Roma, 466/E, 30122 Venezia. Please inform San Marco & Castello Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
