"Clean room, clean bedding, clean bathroom and towels. We got a room overlooking the pool and the mountains. Fantastic restaurant next to the hotel as you go out on the right. We had transport so no problems finding it. It's 20 minutes to Thai Pae gate from the hotel. If you want quiet and relaxing then this is for you. Tip for management ; give the cleaners a 2-way radio so you can get them to check a room on checkout. Ringing them constantly on the phone in the hall stops longer staying guests from sleeping. Apart from that nice hotel and nice stay. Recommended."

"Personally when I booked, I was rather skeptical and even upon checking in. But when I entered the room, I was quite taken aback. It is exactly like the picture you see online and it is clean, very well kept. We did have a super minor setback at first. Ours was a twin bed room, and one of the bed - the sheets had stain right at the middle part, however it was quickly resolved by the hotel staff with just one call. Throughout our 4-days at Le Siri, we faced toilet clogged, which was also resolved very quickly by the hotel staff. And despite the room being clean, there was still few red ants (2-3 that roams around near the table to the TV), so be cautious if you were to place food there. Otherwise, I think the room was perfect! We find the whole energy in the hotel very warming and the owner (an elderly couple) to be superb. They greet all their guests during breakfast and ask about our stay. The hotel staff are also very helpful and friendly, not just on matters related to the hotel but also on travelling around Chiang Mai and all. Location wise is great. About 10-15mins walk to the night market (not the main one) and food outlets such as KFC, McDs, etc. Breakfast selection is the same everyday, taste wise is good and easy on the palette. Overall, you get what you pay for. My mom was happy and so was I. Would definitely go back to stay again!"

"My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. I was in Chiang Mai for 'medical' tourism so the location may not suit some, but for those who need to be near The Cabin (a rehab center) it was ideal. I biked to and from The Cabin 3 days for a family seminar and it was ideal. Baan Suan has 2 very nice restaurants and is 1 km from an excellent French restaurant, David's Kitchen. The concierge, Mr. Aek, and other staff were very solicitous of my needs knowing this was a stressful time for me. They have a lovely driver, Noi, who took me to various markets and temples on my off days, and to the grocery store when I needed some things for my room. Speaking of which - my room was very spacious and well-appointed comfortable beds, pillows, seating and desk area, with a lovely patio overlooking a small water feature covered in flowers. The entire facility (lanna) was covered in local art pieces - paintings, sculptures, textiles, metalworks, you name it! It was a sight to behold. I would recommend this hotel to all those who don't mind a quiet respite away from the City Center, on the Ping River. It's a short 15-min tuk tuk ride to/from the city center if you're up for the night/weekend markets and other city offereings."
