Need psychological preparation of the place, amenities, and facilities before hand, needs actual image of the property, no delusion from the websites, such as the capsule style of "room", not "bunk beds" , no hands towels after washings! No personal lockers for personal things, such as sneakers, handbags, etc. Or at least a big locker's room for storage if necessary! Sense of oil burning from the heating system made people felt unsafe to have sound sleep, not sure if there is error or fire would happen! Mixed dorm even worse for single woman, only good for family style! No tourists information accessible at site, the reception area, area is cold unless asked to turn on the heater, however, the manager tries his best, maybe he needs support or resources too from Agoda!

Schlechteste Unterkunft in der ich jemals war”
Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist unter aller Sau. Auf den Bilder wir die Unterkunft viel besser dargestellt, als sie eigentlich ist. Das Zimmer ist mega klein, das Bett hatte keinen richtigen Bettbezug. Wir mussten uns die Wohnung mit jemand anderem teilen, obwohl wir ein Einzelzimmer gebucht hatten. Toiletten so sauber, keine Möglichkeit sich essen zu machen, Ausstattung gefühlt 20 Jahre alt und von der Küche fange ich erst gar nicht an zu erzählen.. die Unterkunft gleicht einem Gefängnis, wobei man im Gefängnis wohl noch besser leben würde. Sucht euch dringend eine andere Unterkunft! Saftladen. Scam.

Second time using. It was comfortable enough last time, but even more so this time. We were guided to a different building (almost adjacent) from last time, but all the facilities were brand new and comfortable. As it is along the river, the pigeons started cooing from around 6:00 in the morning, so if you are concerned, it is better to consult in advance. The owner couple is also friendly and kind. I think the evaluation of the location depends on the purpose, but it was perfect for me. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the nearest station. There is a large Seven-Eleven about a 2-minute walk away, which is convenient. Perhaps it was just a coincidence, but the WiFi in the room was temporarily out of order, but it was not necessary, so it did not bother me. I would definitely like to use it again.

一人旅で、6人部屋！広々と使わせて 頂きました。アメニティは1つ星。歯ブラシやタオルなどは持参要。湯沸かし器やレンジなどは完備。シャワーも有り。冷暖房も完備。回りに食堂などないので、ス-パ-「マツシゲ」で買い物して、自室で食べる方が得作です。 オ-ナ-の奥さんは愛想が良く何でも親切に教えてくれました！1泊2900円は格安！

紀和駅から徒歩10分くらいです。 チェックイン時に宿泊票書いて、外出時の玄関のキーロックについて説明を受けます。あと歯ブラシ持ってるかタオルあるか問われたので、たぶん持ってなければその場で買い求めるのかな？ 予約の時に、よく見ないで男女共用で予約したので、すぐに電話で女性用に変更していただいたのですが、チェックイン時にも確認があり、無事女性用に泊まる事ができました。 同室には外国人の若い女の子が2人既にいて、お喋りしてました。私も挨拶だけはしましたが、無理に交流を深めたりしなくても大丈夫そうで、気楽に居心地良く過ごせました。 シャワー室にはリンスインシャンプーとボディーソープがありました。 部屋に洗面台。あとトイレ。清掃が行き届いてて衛生的です。１つだけ、トイレが便器から便座が大きくずれてて、自分で直したけど、少し緊張して座りました。 ベットスペースにはコンセント充分あるし、貴重品入れるくらいの小さい金庫と、ライトもあるので、プライベート空間にもなります。ゆっくり休めました。 翌日は早朝にチェックアウトでしたが、支度する時に少し物音に気を付ける必要はあり。もし同室の子達を起こしてしまってたら申し訳なかったです。 チェックアウトはそのまま黙って出ていって良いのでとても楽です。 すぐ近くに飲み屋もあるし、和歌山駅まで徒歩15分くらいだし、コスパ良くて気楽に泊まれる良い場所でした。
