            Extremely satisfied with our stay! Hotel room is clean and provides all the basic amenities you need. Also, I would like to mention the hotel’s friendly and service oriented staff. I would like to specially praise staff Yan Naing Htun. I dropped my phone in the sewage just outside of the hotel. Despite the drain being filled with sewage, he went down to help look for my phone without any hesitatstion; commendable act of kindness. Very Glad to have stayed in sanctuary hotel, good job sanctuary hotel, esp Naing Htun!

            Pleasant stay with nice staff”

            We liked everything about the hotel. Room, beds, bathroom, aircon, staff, rooftop. A little off smell from the drains and breakfast wasn’t great, but not bad either. Located in downtown Mandalay it is close to shopping of different kinds. Can definitely recommend.

            Bad service and Disadvantage location”

            This was the first time We checked in here. Overall, I thought everything was ok with the welcome sign board warmly. BUT, the next day We used to breakfast... There was 01 female staff (I don't know who she is, maybe supervisor or waitress) but when We moved to get some foods, she always escort us. It was terrible and uncomfortable, it made us felt she was afraid of us to get too many foods??? The restaurant is tiny, she always escort behide and made my Mom be tripped when she was getting food by this staff. OMG!!!! The staff is NOT nice and delicate completely. The second thing: When we checked out, I saw they told me they accept by VISA card. However, I showed my VISA card of HSBC. They charged and silent signal from machine. They request me to move to the ATM bank (beside the hotel) for checking my card. The result is my VISA card was rejected. I had to pay by cash finally because their machine don't accept HSBC card. It taken time too much for payment and checking out

            Incredible manager”

            I paid whole money through agoda. But manager insisted 3times there was no booking history. I showed Boucher and credit card history but they told same thing repeatedly. After confirming of reservation, no apologies. Reversely I should changed my room^^ Hotel would better retrain the manager.

            C’est un excellent hôtel situé au cœur de Mandalay, le service est plus qu’excellent, le personnel cherche constamment à répondre à nos besoins. La nourriture est excellente, le seul élément qui pourrait se voir améliorer c’est le café du matin. Souvent il est préparé tôt et laissé sur le réchaud ce qui lui donne un goût de brûlé, à revoir.

            최악의 호텔 지배인”

            예약 및 지불이 완료되었고 바우처도 보여주었지만 3번에 걸쳐 얼굴만 보면 예약 안되었으니 돈내라고 재촉함. 결국 신용카드 지불내역 까지 보여주고 아고다에 눈앞에서 전화하라 요청했더니 그제서야 일전에 호텔 취소한 것을 들먹임. 무료 취소 기간에 취소했고 이번에 일부러 이곳으로 정했는 데 무슨 억하심정인지... 이런 미얀마 사람은 처음 겪었습니다. 사실 확인 끝나고도 사과 한마디 없고 오히려 방 바꾸라고 어이없는 소리해서 네네 하고 모두 시키는 대로 했더니 더 이상 말이 없네요. 대부분의 미얀마 사람들 착한 데 이런 경우도 있어 너무 놀랐습니다.

            酒店在曼德勒比较中心的位置，出门搭tuktuk或taxi都很方便。距离chinatown night market很近，走路十分钟就能到，离购物商圈也不远。店员真的太好了，对于任何要求从来不嫌麻烦，常常主动问询是否需要帮助，并且一直保持微笑，仅仅是和他们聊聊天都很开心。晚上在楼顶的bar离喝杯鸡尾酒，观看木偶戏，真的很享受。唯一遗憾的就是卫生有待改进，被单上边还有油渍。
