I like the location, convenient to the lake, to coffee street and lots of Reston and services. I was in 510, an executive king with balcony. A very comfy room to hide out from the heavy afternoon rain. WiFi a bit spotty. No restaurant on site.

It was one of the most outstanding hotels in Bao Loc city. The building is new, well-equipped, and clean in general. However, the hospitality was unacceptable, the staff was incompetent. During the check-in, I had a problem and asked a receptionist for his support. But the receptionist kept telling me that I should deal with Agoda by myself to solve my problem. The hotel sold the room for Agoda - not for a direct customer. That was ridiculous! Then when I checked out, another receptionist calculated my room fees wrongly twice. Even when I and my friend left the city for an hour, she called and explained that she gave me the wrong number for the third time I am totally giving up with them and promise myself never to come back to this hotel again. It is irritating! There're other options in Bao Loc city, even if it's not as new as this one but offers better service.

The hotel is situated on the main highway so very noisy at night from trucks and vehicles, you wont be able to sleep. Rooms are small, downgraded and too expensive

Awful experience ”
Water stains and mold on the walls. Bathroom smelled terrible. Windows have a lower panel and an upper panel, lower can't be opened, handles broken off upper panels and can't be closed (presumably opened originally by cleaning staff) but because they can't be closed, obviously bugs can get in at night. Thought these problems might just be my room, but my friend also had a room booked and had the exact same issues. Staff was also pretty unhelpful. Took asking 3 staff members (in Vietnamese and English) before they were willing to provide me with a receipt. Booked two rooms by mistake, they "helped" me to cancel one, but then gave me the run around on getting my refund, meaning I was out both a room and my money. Staff (all three staff members I spoke to) can only communicate in Vietnamese (not an issue for me, nothing wrong with not knowing English, but just something to think about if you are a foreigner and wind up needing anything. Also, they were generally unhelpful when communicating in Vietnamese.

I had a voucher from Agoda, but they let me pay again in the hotel. After calling Agoda about this, both the hotel and Agoda did not return my payment, so I had to pay twice!

1/ Phòng tắm rất bất ổn khi k có kệ để dầu gội và sữa tắm trong phòng, để ở kệ lavabo.... tắm xong nước tràn ra ngoài nên bẩn, k có dép đi trong nhà tắm: càng bẩn 2/ công tắc đèn, ổ cắm ở đầu giường rất bất hợp lý: quá cao so với tầm với, muốn sử dụng phải đứng hoặc ngồi hẳn dậy mới có thể sử dụng được
