Fabulous”
Oceanfront room did not disappoint! Large balcony overlooking white powder sand beach and calm, relaxing water. Our room wasn’t ready until an hour and a half after we were supposed to check in so that was a little annoying but everything else was great. Rentals right on property for jet skis, paddleboards, etc. Hotel is very clean, has plates, glasses, silverware, pots, etc so it’s great for those wanting to not go out to eat every meal every day. Bring your own paper towels tho. :) Resort fee is only about $9.95 a day, $150 hold on your card for incidentals, parking & wifi are included and they offer towels but you will be charged $40 per towel if you do not return them. Room keys are rubber/silicone bracelets which is convenient and doesn’t get lost easily. Also nicely located between Bonita (gorgeous) and Fort Myers Beach. FMB is just 5 minutes north so Sandpiper is close enough to the hustle & bustle without being right in the middle of it. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Everything I needed for a great beach weekend”
All the little “extras” for me as your guest made this place stand out way above the rest! Beautiful holiday decorated lobby, very clean and smelled good. Lovely guest bathroom available in lobby. Ice cold fresh lemon water, fully stocked coffee bar, and ice cream to buy was really great. The gift bag and 2 free waters in the room really made me feel like a special guest and that you cared about me. The 15% off coupon is a great idea and encourages me to come back. All of your staff were pleasant, helpful, nice, and welcoming. Everywhere I went on the grounds it was clean and orderly. This place was above and beyond what I expected as the typical beach hotel. I was also glad that there were no loud college kids parties going on. I am very happy with my stay, will return, and will recommend to others.

Quiet comfortable great location”
Really enjoyed our long weekend on the beach! Great location - beach view room was very close to the water and loved sitting on the balcony enjoying breakfast and sunset views. 2 chairs a lounger and 2 small tables available on every balcony. Bring beach chairs for beach otherwise $20/day each. Great location between several beach bars 15-45 minutes walking distance in both directions. 2 pools perfect temperature for cooling off, plenty of chairs were available. A bit noisy with kids, but the beach was quiet and not crowded at all. Kitchen was well equipped for quick meals.

I almost hate to give the great reviews this wonderful place deserves for the sake of keeping it secret. My first review is of the staff we were greeted with when checking in. Colton was the most welcoming and accommodating front desk person I have even encountered in my years and years of hotel stays. He was a pleasure and is a huge asset to this wonderful slice of heaven. The room was a nice size and very clean. We could tell this was on older place that had been upgraded to today's standard, but not in a bad way, that gives this place a unique and pleasurable atmosphere for any visitor. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

So close to the Beach ”
From the minute you walk in you are greeted by kindness. Room was very clean and smelled wonderful when we walked in. We had a beach front and the view was picture perfect. I would definitely recommend this resort. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurant and shopping. We loved it and will be back. We especially loved Colton and Richard the front desk mangers. Everything at this resort is well maintained. The staff is extra friendly and helpful. The staff never stops cleaning, trimming , scrubbing, washing etc. Everything on the property is well maintained. We really couldn’t say enough positive about our stay. We’ll definitely be returning — and soon !!

This place was perfect for our large group with 7 families. Colton at the front desk was so accommodating and kind. We loved how quaint and small this place was. Our rooms were all so close to the pool and each other. We had kids ranging in age from 6-19 and they always had something to do. They played shuffle board, volleyball, swam in the heated pool, looked for seashells and crabs and even jet skied and parasailed. All right there at this hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. We were so happy with the kitchenettes so we could make breakfast and lunch in our rooms. Uber from airport for an XL was $50 one way. Highly recommend and we will be back!

55th Birthday ”
As a frequent traveler, I highly recommend this place. Perfect sunset location, sugar white sand, long easy to walk on beaches. Gas grill, large fridge, stove burner, microwave and coffee maker. My second time at this location and again totally satisfied. Front desk attendants were extremely helpful and made sure you leave there totally satisfied. Now, your turn to check it out!

Lovely room, super clean & comfortable. Great adult pool. But beware....there are no elevators. If your luggage & supplies & groceries are heavy, you will have to carry them upstairs by yourself. There are first floor rooms but we were not given a choice. My group consisted of 3 healthy and capable senior women but it was absolutely exhausting lugging up our belongings.

This is my second time there, the view is breath taking and met some wonderful people. The weather was perfect. We went jet skiing and that was so fun. Except for shopping, you don’t have to leave the resort. Will definitely be back again.

Fort Meyers spring trip”
Colton at the front desk was a good guy. Helpful and professional. Check-in was easy. Room 504 had a great view of the Gulf. Room was clean. Mattresses have seen better times and should be replaced. Beach chairs were pricy. Road traffic to town was terrible. Recommend driving to pink shell for free parking in the morning and taking the free bus ride to town.
