Everything was so perfect! Lovely facilities and quality service were always maintained. Kuddos to Ms. Aileen and Mr. Ralph of Front Desk for consistently well taking care of us and ensuring our every stay will be worth it. Had a lovely staycation here at Sands because of the excellent service they provided to me. Kuddos to Mr. Raf of Front Office who took care of my requests and assisted me all throughout my stay. Having an extraordinary breakfast as well in Moonlight made my day as well as variety of dishes has been served. Ms. Cathy was very nice and ensures that everything was well on me.

No management. ”
Breakfast only 5 people having breakfast took 45 minutes. Breakfast very poor menu and poor selection and not get you thru till lunchtime. Just poorly run hotel from reception and dining. Concierge excellent. Got a non smoking room and the room was dreadful for smell of smoke from smoking. Towels in bathroom old . Girl at reception could not speak fluent English. I know virus scare in but management needs to step up. It’s not an excuse. They should go harder when business thin..totally dissatisfied. .

The room were great , big and comfortable with 2 TV and the room service staff were friendly and caring . Hotel location is the best cause it's just 5 mins walk away from Macau-Hongkong harbour. Don't really even need to take a Couch bus. The buffet on the 2nd floor from the casino i, variety was good I had my lunch and dinner over there and the price was right. With promotions at different time, it just get better every time I return to Macau Sands. It's a wonderful place that I'll be staying again the next time I go to Macau again.

Stayed at the Sands Macau for 1 night in September, which is right next door to the Central Ferry Terminal, so an easy transfer. Also located just behind Fishermans Wharf, a very short walk at night to take in the atmosphere. The room (deluxe suite) was huge, well appointed and clean, with a view over the Wharf and water. The condition of the hotel itself was also good, well maintained and clean, it is the oldest of the 'Vegas' style casino's in Macau, but you would not be able to tell that. The swimming pool area, although small, was nice and a great place to get away from the gaming floors and relax. The food served for breakfast in the Gourmet 88 restaurant was good, not the largest buffet you will find, but very good quality and selection. The staff were fantastic, when checking in, one of the reception staff noticed from the date of birth listed in my wife's passport that it was her birthday (the reason for the visit). They wished her happy birthday and also arranged for a suprise to be sent to our room whilst we were out at dinner - a selection box of chocolates and macaroons, a lovely gesture.

Perfect Location, Fabulous Rooms”
My family of six got 2 deluxe suite rooms and stayed here purposely for a 5-day birthday celebration of my 15 yr-old daughter. We opted for a higher floor with the great views of the ocean, the Fisherman's Wharf Village and the Taipa Bridge. The location was perfect for us who want a serene and more private hotel away from the glares and noisy sides of the city. The rooms were spacious w/ wide living room, flat screen tv's and had the homely feeling that we loved and felt so comfortably relaxed and well rested after more than a 2 hours of long trip.The cleanliness of the accommodation was awesome esp. the nice and fab bathroom and toilet with all the complete amenities. The buffet lunch was good at the 888 Resto at the 2nd floor. The Steak House at the 3rd Floor lived up to its Award, the steak melts in the mouth, It was absolutely fantastic! The Resident Manager, Ms Connie Cheung were extremely helpful and warm in granting my extra special request, a surprise birthday cake for my daughter. She did exceptionally well in providing us with an awesome personal service and for us to truly enjoy our first time stay in Macau. We were highly delighted and blessed with the personal touch and warm smiles of the kind and sensitive staff, gained new friends and will forever instill a memorable stay for our kids to cherish. We will definitely choose this hotel again in our future vacation trips to Macau.

Luxury at its best that is reasonably priced hotel. The bellhop was so kind helping us with our luggage, loading it to the compartment area . Observed that guests are treated warmly with a smile. More exclusive than any other hotel. The hotel concierge were so friendly and extremely helpful. Even gave my son an umbrella (with Sands logo) as a souvenir. I have nothing negative to say about their service and the hotel as a whole. One of the best and most luxurious hotel we've ever went to. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or for families. The suites at the sands are top class at a good price. The room was very large and beautifully decorated, providing a nice feeling, alot of times in Macau the rooms may look good but you dont really want to spend time in there, however the rooms at the Sands were very comfortable. Even a tv in the bathroom and room service food quality was excellent. Will definately stay again.

the services by the staffs are excellent and it has made my stay a very pleasant one. front desk staff is very good. except for, not enough shuttle buses for the different locations in macau as compared to some others but it does have shuttle between venetian, and the two ferry terminals. the suite rooms we stayed at sands hotel were very nice, spacious and clean.

we stayed at the sands macao hotel for just 1 night for a short getaway. there were some misunderstanding with our booking with agoda upon arrival but the hotel staff was very attebtive to the matter and was able to manage it without hassle. we were pleased to see the room. it is more spacious than what it looks like in the photos - with a big sleeping and living area. the bathroom is spotless. wifi is not free, the hotel is a bit far from the heart of the city and one has to rely on its shuttle to go around the city. getting a cab is a bit difficult at certain hours. (we tried hiring one at 8:30pm nd we had to wait for about 20 minute) overall, it is a goof hotel and i recommend it to any travelers who wants to explore macau.

our stay is quite memorable, we plan to stay again on our next visit to macau. all the hassles of check-in, out where at the minimal, thanks to the amazing staff of this true 5 star hotel. the complimentary shuttle bus between ferry terminal and venetian hotel is very effeicent. we plan to return and enjoy the sands lifestyle.

the sands macao, is mostly a casino which happens to have rooms for players. don't expect a resort with traditional facilities. that said , rooms are just fantastic, very large, living room plus bedroom, immense bathroom, very clean, 2 large lcd tv, very comfortable sofa. it is all great. for family well maybe not the best spot as the hotel is nearly only for casino players.

before i start, this hotel would have got across the board 5 stars but for one thing. we paid almost 150 euro for our room. for one night. this did not includ breakfast and while the room was excellent (probably the nicest we've stayed in), you can't call it value for money when wifi is not included in the room and breakfast isn't included. as for everything else, well the room was splendid. the ensuite was huge with a portable tv, jacuzzi bath tub, rain shower, and huge counter top and mirror, all laid out in white marble. the walk-in wardrobe was bigger than some cars i've driven. they provided top of the range electronics too, two 40" tvs in the room, brilliant iron and a videl sasoon hairdryer. the bed was king size and while we didn't spend very long it (thanks to the casino downstairs!) it was from memory very comfortable. next to the sleeping area is a lounge with sofa for maybe 5-6 people, coffee tables, arm chairs and the second of the two widescreen tvs. really, the best thing about the sands was the room experience. everything else was great, but if you like your creature comforts and can afford the price, then go for it.

I had the best time of my life at the sands macao. i would definitely recommend it to anybody who is willing to pay a little bit more for a premium. also we had room service during our stay. i must say the continental breakfast is the best i've had at a hotel. would definitely stay again!

the hotel is very nice, very good equipped room with full necessary things inside, the most comfortable one in macau, cant miss it, also qith good transportation support just by the hotel lobby, allows you to go any where in macau, the view is excellent!!
