Love the Big Room”
We were truly enjoyed my stay at Sands Macao Hotel. The room is actually a suite with a spacious bathroom, bedroom and living room. There is a casino and few restaurants in the hotel. We don't gamble but we enjoyed the stage performance provided by the casino.
Great Hotel near Ferry pier”
the sands macao, is mostly a casino which happens to have rooms for players. don't expect a resort with traditional facilities. that said , rooms are just fantastic, very large, living room plus bedroom, immense bathroom, very clean, 2 large lcd tv, very comfortable sofa. it is all great. for family well maybe not the best spot as the hotel is nearly only for casino players.
Impressive hotel suite”
Luxury at its best that is reasonably priced hotel. The bellhop was so kind helping us with our luggage, loading it to the compartment area . Observed that guests are treated warmly with a smile. More exclusive than any other hotel. The hotel concierge were so friendly and extremely helpful. Even gave my son an umbrella (with Sands logo) as a souvenir. I have nothing negative to say about their service and the hotel as a whole. One of the best and most luxurious hotel we've ever went to. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or for families. Free shuttle to many parts of Macau. Thanks Agoda!
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room is so huge which actually includes a living room with 'C' shaped sofas, a bedroom and a toilet with jacuzzi tub, 2 basins, shower and toilet. It's definitely value for money. The location is not too bad, as the hotel actually provides shuttle bus to Venetian. And from there you actually have a wide variety of other shuttle bus that will take you to the various big hotels and casinos.
Very good rooms, very big and spacious. There is karaoke set inside the room, but too bad the water bottle too smalll. There is microwave and rice cooker, very convenience for family trip, the very amazing thing is the toilet is auto and th seat always warm
This is good hotel”
when i arrived there they put me in very nice room, but wifi and other things - that most 5 star hotels offer free are being charged were disappointing! other problems with this hotel is not too many taxi comes as other hotels - while i was there - i had to wait 30 mins for taxi! maybe because there was f1 racing started and shortage of taxi!
Stunning building structure and view from the room”
The front counter staff is polite and attentive, with good command of English. The attentiveness of showing us our room impresses us. The pillows are soft and my room has free wifi, and it is fast too ! The city room view is astonishing and there is a extended window where you can sit there and enjoy all the view as long as you want. However, the washroom tiles are a little old fashion but overall, I will rate it a 7.5 with the price I am paying.
The hotel staff are friendly, service is quality . Location is in the center of the city. Easy to go around town. The free shuttle is also very helpful tomgo around from one hotel to another. I would want to go back to this hotel again. The failities was nice. Value for money
The bed and pillow of the hotel is definitely one of the best. I really had a wonderful experience. The set up of the room is simply perfect. The feeling is great whn I enter the room. The hotel stuff is very helpful and always have a smile on their face. 2 thumbs up
great intro to macau”
For a first trip, this is a great introduction to macau. The check in was quick, the room was spacious and the bed was firmer than most hotels. I enjoyed the bar down at the casino and also appreciated the few eating places for breakfast and late night snacks. The only annoying thing is the long wait for taxis at various times of the day.
Good location, excellent room.”
our stay is quite memorable, we plan to stay again on our next visit to macau. all the hassles of check-in, out where at the minimal, thanks to the amazing staff of this true 5 star hotel. the complimentary shuttle bus between ferry terminal and venetian hotel is very effeicent. we plan to return and enjoy the sands lifestyle.
nice, good location”
Good location and nice room
great hotel ”
great staff, polite, room big n clean
Bad front desk attitude”
Hotel does not have enough Apple Charger for my friend. Front desk service crew don't seems to provide a good customer service, just brush us off by asking us to charge at the conceige counter. Being a 5Star hotel I didn't expect to receive such attitude from the front desk. Did not even apologise and guide us properly to the counter. If the mangement do saw this complaint please do something about it. Incident happen on 26th Sept morning between 3-4am.
Service could be better”
I stayed an extra night due to the typhoon and below are what happened during my stay which I thought the hotel could have done better: 1. I tried to withdraw cash from ATM, but the ATM machine crashed (yes, I have never seen it either), the hotel staff said the ATM belong to the bank and they can't do anything about it, but asked me to go to the bank the next day to get it back. He says it happens a lot, so be prepared if using the ATM. In my opinion, it is not my fault, why should I change my plan to go to the bank? Why the hotel can't work it out with the bank and get my card back? 2. As I mentioned I stayed one extra day due to the weather and bought the breakfast package. However, the next day the restaurant was not open due to water outage. Sands has many properties in Macau, and their other properties did not have water issue. Why couldn't the hotel simply offer me to have breakfast at other properties? There are shuttles every 15 mins or so running between hotels. I understand that the weather caused the outage and no one wants to see that. If it is an issue all over Macau, I wouldn't be complaining. But my friend stayed at their other properties and had no problem. But all they had me do was to fill out their feedback form. So I am disappointed at how they handle the situation.
Hotel room is big but lack of facilities ”
Hotel room was big and nice. But staff quality was just average. My son cried a bit at the lobby and we were treated rulely by the security in black suit. Probably not a hotel for family. Also avoid the 888 restaurant which was full of tourists from the cave (you know what I mean).
Damn...a bit expensive, but just win it back!”
We had a group of us all go in for the 120sq/m suite and it was flawless. To be fair for 500USD it better be, but it really did take the cake. Best room I've ever stayed in. The Casino is one of the only you can have a drink in hand while gambling. That usually makes things significantly better or worse. Lucky enough we were on the former part of that statement. You want to have it all, here's the place. Book it.
Large room, but kind of old”
Was here for a bachelor party, so didn't have much time in the room. The hotel is very centrally located, and very close to the ferry terminal. There is public shuttle that takes you to the hotel very easily and really fast too. The room we booked was a suite so was quite large, and wasn't very expensive. There's a very big casino in the lobby.
Can't be better”
Best choice ever, I actually cancelled my previous hotel at Emperor and saw that their was a special running for a suite. Best stay in Macau ever. Great location to shopping, local restaurants. Shuttle available if you arrive by ferry or China border. Highly recommended
