Travelling to Phnom Penh for work, I often find it difficult to get a good night's rest. There is so much going on in this big city and so much work to get done, a good night's sleep is a high priority. La Belle's apartments are amazing - the perfect home away from home. A little way out of the main town means it is quiet and a good night's rest assured. There is a local market and local places for breakfast but not much else. However with use of PassApp, it is only 5000 riel ($1.25) to get to Russian Market area for more variety of food options. The apartments themselves are spacious, well-equipped and a good price. A bit more than I normally would pay but I think that this will be worthwhile to have a great place to stay. The staff are extremely helpful and kind and when I left I felt like I was saying goodbye to friends, not staff. This was the perfect place for a business stay, quiet, mainly long term residents and other business travellers or respectful and quiet holidayers.
