Nice facilities, pleasant staff and good food. The hotel has a nice kids swimming pool and a lap pool. Good gym with range of equipment. Breakfast buffet is nice. Location is a little out of the way and transportation is a challenge in...
Staff are friendly, location good. Not enough illumination in bathroom, a lot of ants around in the room. Spiders on the ceiling. Not quite a great feeling to stay. Right next to the main road which is noisy, begin from about 5:30 am. And quiet after 11pm.
Good location as it was a point between Phnom Penh Airport and Phnom Penh city. Friendly staff, cool place, and the most important is... it is big enough and clean !
The hotel is quite new and quite clean. WiFi is slow at night. Overall experience is good with this hotel.
The staff were wonderful here and made us feel very looked after; bringing us fresh fruit and water to have by the pool and lending us a bottle opener etc. The location isn't very good if you want to actually explore Phnom Penh itself but we enjoyed just lazing around by the swimming area and on our baloony! Breakfast was great too :)

It was very cheap compared to the location, the service, the room we got. It was very spacious. After which, we checked with the locals and they said that for the price of 24 USD, we were able to get better room. But Moona hotel was ...
I was there after I booked it online. When I went to get my room they won't let me in because they won't take any online booking. So I paid without getting to stay over there. Sad sad!!

Hotel at 5min from airport, perfect for 1 night during a stopover. Do not expect to visit the city or to go out the evening, there is nothing around.
